Prologue

When I look back at this life change, I already get goosebumps all over my body. to see those two terrifying figures walking behind me holding me like some kind of prisoner. In front of me walks a small creepy gray figure who is so thin with a very bad smell around him. It was the worst smell I had ever smelled like some kind of death smell.

Later when I'm taken to a castle I see these powerful figures everywhere emitting an aurora that they are not like you and me. I have to say I'm scared for my life at this point. They take me to a room upstairs where they lock me in a beautiful room but only scare me more. I don't know what is going to happen that is what scares me so much. What are they and what do they want from me?

The day started at my home across the other side of the land. Where we humans live. I grew up in a family of four. My parents, my sister and me. Although we were never really close and I left home at an early age. Where I now live in a cozy little house with my husband, whom I have known since I was five and am very happy with.

I was quietly finishing my hot tea when my husband walked into the kitchen and kissed me on the cheek. "Good morning," I said to him and he took a seat on the other side of the table. He grabs his daily newspaper and reads it before heading to work.

I go to the kitchen and make some sandwiches from the bread on the counter. Which I do every morning for George my husband who is about to leave for work as an accountant at a large company, a little further down the road. When I'm done I go in and set the plate down for George before going back to my chair. He eats the sandwich and continues reading until the clock strikes eight and a group of men storm into the house.

"What is this?", George calls out to the men who are walking toward me. The tall man grabbed me, causing me to anxiously punch him in the stomach. Although this man didn't even seem to feel it at all. He laughs and grabs me again. I'm scared when he gets a hold of me.

Anxiously, I am put into a black limousine with red leather seats. As I look around this expensive-looking car I don't see anyone around me at all. It feels cold in the car and I feel goosebumps crawling down my arms.

I look through the window for the last time, at the small house where I lived with my husband, which disappears from my sight in the distance. Startled, I wait to see where they will take me.

During the long drive, I look at all the land we drive by until we come to a part called Vymquorius. What I know is the place where the vampire's life all did I know this couldn't be good. In the distance, I see a high golden gate.

A little later we arrive at the big golden gate which suddenly opens.

The driver gives a sign to some kind of guard and we drive to the end of the driveway. Where I see the biggest castle I've ever seen. In fact, the only one I've ever seen up close, outside that we've passed.

When we stop in front of it, I feel my heart beating faster than it ever has. I look up at the castle, which has several floors and even towers at the top. It looked impressive, but terrifying at the same time.

With fear, I hear the same man who I now know is a vampire. He holds out his hand, which I grasp doubtfully. At first, I wanted to run away and go back home. Although it would be stupid to run from all these strong vampires on this part of the planet with all these vampires.

As they take me inside, it dawns on me:- I have been taken and will never be back home with my husband. They are known to never let a human out of their part of the planet before death-. But I don't want to give up, I will have to do something to be able to see my husband and my family again someday.
