Dialogue, not confrontation!

Garrick sights Clarisse walking back into the hall and he walks to her immediately. He felt relieved after the talk with Connor and realized the right thing to do. Fighting wasn't going to help any of them, he should rather be trying to make peace with everyone he had offended, even if he had not done it on purpose.

He never meant to hurt Clarisse or Claire but he did anyway, he was still at fault and so he needed to apologize. There was no need of seeking fault and proving innocence when he could just apologize, get them to forgive him and they can all move on to be happy together.

Clarisse noticed Garrick coming her way and she turned around immediately, she was trying to act cool and escape from her father without the gathering of Vampires noticing that she was avoiding him.
