Garrick was standing in the fields, lost in thoughts. His sister and Connor had left earlier today and she didn't care to see him before leaving; obviously she was still mad at him. He wondered if he should have gone to see her after their little disagreement, but even if he did, what would he have said to her? He wasn't always so good with words.
Garrick felt someone hug him from behind and he immediately recognized that scent. He smiled and held her soft tender arms that were holding him from behind. "Hey," he said softly.
"You didn't even notice me coming, you should have sensed me even before I stepped my feet out on the grass, unless you were worried about something which resulted in your lack of concentration," she uttered as she pressed her jaw against his back and stared at the back of his head.
Garrick sighed. "Yeah, you are right about that. I might have been distracted back there, I got something on my mind." He said.
