Acquiring the Deeds

Adrianne stared at me in awe, before she reached forwards and grabbed my wrist.

"L-Let's go see my father now... I don't want you thinking I'm trying to cheat you of your half..."

Nodding, I stared at her calloused hand that was wrapped around my wrist, imagining it wrapped around something else...

Shaking my head, I walked beside Adrianne, who eventually released my wrist when she regained her senses.

We walked quickly up to Dragonsreach, and all the Jarl's guards stared at us as we entered, before Proventus walked over, his face stern.

Jarl Balgruuf just let out a chuckle before returning to talking to one of his warriors, the man nodding as he listened intently to the Jarl.

"Adrianne?! What's wrong?"

Leading her off to the side of the hall, Proventus stared at Adrianne in worry, before his eyes flickered over to me.

"Nothing's wrong, father. It's just..."

Adrianne took a deep breath before revealing the golden ingot making Proventus gasp.

"Jeleia here has decided to invest in my business, so I wanted to confirm that this is real, and to transfer... to transfer half of Warmaidens to her name."

Her father stared at her for a few seconds in silence, before narrowing his eyes as he gazed at me, his eyes suspicious.

Chuckling, I raised my hands and said "Not trying to hoodwink her or anything like that; I just think that your daughter has some of the best talent I've ever seen as a smith, so I want to guarantee she can continue doing her dream work."

Pursing his lips, Proventus stared at me for another few tense moments before lifting the bar from his daughters hands.

Inspecting it, he asked "Where did you find this, if I may ask?"

Nodding, I said "Did Jarl Balgruuf tell you that I retrieved the Dragonstone for Farengar? In Bleak Falls Burrow? Well, apparently no one has ventured that deep into the Nordic Ruins, and there were quite a few valuables strewn about."

Proventus glanced up from the bar for a moment and nodded, before gently scraping at the ingot with his fingernail.

"This... this is real. A real, solid gold ingot. The current value as released by Solitude this month was 8,922 Septims per pound, and this feels..."

He hefted it in his hand, before saying "Do you have more? The Jarl is always looking to fill his coffers with real gold ingots, or silver, if you have them."

"Would you be paying exact price for each?"

Handing the ingot back to Adrianne, Proventus nodded, his expression expectant.

"I have a few more, yes. I do need to coin too..."

Rubbing his hands together, Proventus grinned at me, before leading me towards the room behind the Jarl.

Seeing that, Jarl Balgruuf and Irileth stood up and followed us in, as did Adrianne.

"Jeleia, what brings you here?"

Bowing to the Jarl, I laid out three more gold ingots on the table, making the man raise a brow.

"Proventus offered to buy these off me."

Chuckling, the Jarl nodded, lifting one from the table.

"This is quite a large amount of gold, Jeleia. Who knew you'd be this lucrative this quickly?"

The Dark Elf glared at me, before turning her hard crimson eyes towards the table.

I shrugged, a small smile on my face.

"I certainly didn't think so, my Jarl. However, I'm happy to help; besides, this is a win-win-win~!"

He glanced up at me, and I continued upon seeing his confusion.

"The Hold gets pure Gold, which usually only increases in value. I get coin, which I need, and I use that coin on two business ventures of mine; Adrianne's business Warmaidens, and the Bannered Mare. Hulda and I came to an agreement, and I'll be the new proprietor of the Inn~!"

Jarl Balgruuf smirked at me, a glint in his eyes as he said "You really are beneficial to Whiterun, Jeleia. I do hope you continue to contribute so to the Hold."

I nodded, before sighing as he asked "Are you remaining here? Or are you venturing out?"

"I'm setting my sights on Falkreath, Jarl Balgruuf; I wish to purchase a plot of land that overlooks the Lake to build my home."

Stroking his chin, Jarl Balgruuf nodded, a small frown on his face.

"Ah well... though, I imagine you'll still be a valuable member of our Hold, what with your two properties."

"Indeed; in fact, I was thinking of eventually buy a plot outside the city and staring up a farm of my own..."

That made the Jarl grin, while Irileth glared at me.

Meanwhile, Proventus had weighed each, marveling at the almost near pound that each weighed.

Scribbling down their values, the man calculated the coin he owed me before saying "You said you wished to use some of the coin to acquire the Bannered Mare, correct? May I just give you the remainder from after that purchase?"

Giving him a nod, I watched as the man wrote down a few more things, before saying "You will be receiving...6,500 Septims, since the Bannered Mare is valued at a little over 20,000 Septims. I'll start counting out the coins now..."

Handing me the paper, I looked it over and nodded, before staring at Adrianne.

"Will you be able to manage the remainder? Or would you like me to help you for another day? I don't care either way..."

Everyone looked at the dark Nord, and she frowned before hesitantly asking "I-If... if you'd be so kind."

After a few more pieces of small talk, the Jarl eventually left, leading Irileth away and leaving Adrianne and I alone.

Sitting in the small treasury in silence, I took in the various chests and had to restrain myself from searching them, only to watch as Proventus returned with multiple pouches of coin.

Grabbing them, I put them in my inventory and marveled at the 19,719 Septims I now had, before grinning at the two pieces of paper he handed me.

"This is the deed for the Bannered Mare, and this is the deed for half of Warmaidens. The Hold has it's own copies, however, should you lose yours, you need to verify your identity via magical means, and will need to pay 500 Septims to get a new deed drawn up. So, don't lose them."

I nodded and furled them up before placing them into my inventory, the man watching me like a hawk as I did so.

Exchanging a few more niceties with the father daughter pair, I eventually left Dragonsreach, feeling elated.

I was now richer, and I owned a property and a half, meaning I would be making money passively now too~!

Walking down towards Ysolda's Cabin, I knocked on the door, prompting the woman inside to let out a cute "I'm coming! Give me a moment!"

Waiting, I was greeted with the sight of a dressed Ysolda, who could only yelp as I pushed her back inside.

Pressing my lips against hers, I moved her to the bed, the woman moaning as my fingers dug into her soft ass.

"J-Jeleia~! W-What's aha~ Come over you?!"

Devouring her tongue again, I grinned at her before pulling at her dress, revealing her supple curves.

"I want you... I got what you wanted, so satiate my lust..."

Her eyes widened, and she held me away as I tried to dive down into her again.

"What do you mean you got what I wanted?"

Frowning at her, I sighed as I got off of her, deciding to strip as I spoke.

"I just bought the Bannered Mare, and Hulda is pregnant with my child; as are you, in fact. She promised to teach you the intricacies of running the Inn, and when she eventually gives birth, she'll join me in my home while you run the Inn. Good? Now lets..."

Collapsing on top of her, I slid into her cunt and started pounding away, the woman trying to speak before moaning in pleasure, her body pressed against mine.

We lost ourselves to our lust swiftly enough, and I enjoyed the thin body of one of my newest women, and I reveled in every second of it.
