Time entered that state of standing still yet slipping past in the blink of an eye. It was with some shock that they realized it was now midnight and Bonnie had to get to work in the morning. There was much kissing and hugging going on, before she drove off, leaving the boys alone. As neither one was currently working in the morning, one still being on sick leave and the other still looking for a job, they went back inside to cuddle on the couch some more.


As Mad Max came on, however, with all the sadness and death involved, the cuddling turned into kissing. They turned the movie off half-way through, as it was bringing back bad memories for Vincent. Lucas decided that a distraction was needed, as well as reassurance for both of them that his younger partner was still alive. Scooping Vincent up, much to the other’s squeaks of protest, he brought them upstairs to the bedroom.
