Death

I looked down at my hand, fingers curled and separated from each other. A fairly strong electrical current had formed on top. While I had been charging up a spell during this time, it was still fairly weak.

At the same time, while using the spear as a medium, Nathan prepared a fireball. As the wolf pounced, his grip on his spear changed, holding it up to the sky like a sword. Right when the wolf was just over a meter away, Nathan suddenly brought his spear down as a bright trail of flame extended out from it.

The flames appeared to condense into something solid, as after slamming down upon the wolf's head, Nathan himself was thrown upwards. The wolf's jaws smashed into the ground, only finding itself some dirt within.

While in the air, Nathan continued to push, flipping himself over the wolf, now standing at the opposite side. A thick black line had burned itself into its coat of fur. For a brief moment, the wolf was in a daze.
