Another witch, how original

***Taylor's POV***

Ross embraces me putting his arms around me. I pull away, I must be clear. I am with Matty, I love him completely. I will not do anything to jeopardise our relationship.

I turn around briefly and realise he has gone. Most likely to not witness Ross hugging me or to get a drink. Probably both.

"Hey, I've missed you. You look wow, an angel I'm guessing?" He says with his normal wide smile. He's so easy going.

"Tay you look great, I got some strawberries for our daiquiris" Rach says to me.

Ohh I forgot all about that, suddenly I'm excited.

I turn to face Rach, she's opted to be a witch. Not the look I would go for but each to their own.

"Awesome let me know and we'll make some up" I tell her.

"A witch right, you look great" I add and she smiles. Clearly pleased.

Pippa is behind her in her nurses outfit.

"Oh I got you a birthday present too" I tell Pippa

"It's not a big deal" I hand it to her and she smiles at me genuinely for the first time ever.

She opens it and her face lights up. I noticed before that she had a charm bracelet on. I also saw that she wore a lot of purple and so I bought her a charm. I just went with the only lilac coloured one I could see. She seems to really like it and I am pleased. She actually hugs me.

"Tay that's really nice, I love it" she says genuinely. I spot Jay behind her and of course Matty. He looks abashed, clearly Pippa does not hug a lot of girls.

Ross still has his hand on the small of my back, I didn't even notice. I decide I'm far to familiar with him. I need to have Matty in my personal space right now. He approaches me and hands me a drink, he smiles at Ross.

"Hey man, how are you?" He asks him. God he is so cool, how does he manage to come across so calm and collected all the time.

"All good, how's you" Ross says back.

I zone out of their talking and sip my drink. It's a nice weak Malibu, I look to Matty and thank him and he smiles. Matty has put his arm around my waist. He's sipping brandy slowly.

I notice Jay watching me from afar. I can't quite place his expression, there was clear shock to begin with. And now he's I don't know? Deliberating?

Jen appears behind him. Great. She instantly locks her eyes on Matty. And then glares at me. Eyes widen in shock and she finally looks at Jay.

She's wearing a black cape and striped tights. Another witch? How original.

I look anywhere but at them. Matty directs me to a sofa and we sit with Rhea and Malachi. Ross joins us too. I sit next to Matty, his arm draped around me, Rhea and Malachi are opposite us and Ross is next to me in the corner.

I'm wearing my ring today, I decided of all the days not to wear it this was not one of them. Matty sits back and I slightly lean on him. The music comes on again and I relax. Looks like I'm not even going to need to drink to enjoy myself. I'm just going to dance instead. I'm sipping this drink real slow, I know he made it weak and I glance over at him again.

I lean in and whisper in his ear "thanks, I love you" discretely.

He smiles and kisses my lips as I move away. So cheeky, he just cannot help himself.

He leans into my ear.

"When did you get those gifts?" He asks me.

"I ordered them a while back online" I tell him.

"You're too good" he chuckles.

"I think Pippa really liked hers" he says to me

"You can't go to a birthday party without a gift babe" I tell him, smiling sweetly.

I talk to Ross for a bit, he's his usual charming self. He offers me a roll up and I refuse, Matty hasn't smoked any cigarettes since we got in here. I offer to go get the guys another drink. Ross says he'll come with but I refuse taking his and Matty's glass. Rhea comes with me for a top up. We head to the kitchen and I top up the guys drinks.

"You and your two boyfriends" she laughs at the glasses.

"I have one boyfriend you know that" I tell her.

"Yes one boyfriend, and one who is so hopelessly into you that he will happily sit there with only you even though Matty is unable to take his hands off of you" she chuckles.

I sigh, "it's a problem" I tell her.

"Right time for cocktails" Rach laughs coming up behind me.

"Oh I'll be right back let me just hand these drinks to the guys" I tell her and smile.

I head back to "my two boyfriends". I laugh in my head at Rhea. I offer Ross his drink he takes it gratefully, giving me his best charming smile. I give Matty his bending over him slightly and as I turn to go back he pulls me back to him. I chuckle. I kneel down in front of him. If I sit down I won't get away again.

"I'm just making a cocktail with Rach, then I'll be right back" I tell him sweetly, batting my eyelashes.

He smiles and releases me. I laugh and walk back to the girls in the kitchen.
