My brother Grover. Once upon a time, he was my everything. 

The only person in this world who stayed by my side.

The only person who would die a million times just to see me smile.

The only person who all this is for.

The one who made me weak, the one who saw good in me even though it was never there.

When the humans threw stones at me, when they burned me, when they whipped me naked, when they made fun of my mother's name, when they kidnapped and tortured me for years, the uncountable times they stabbed me, freezed me, choked me, and even buried me alive just trying to get me dead.

He was always there screaming his heart out, crying and telling me everything was going to be ok.

Publicly and privately they humiliated him, just because he was the brother of a beast, as they would normally say.


They will pay with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, they've got.

"Dad!, Dad!!!". I screamed, I ended the call and turned towards a shocked Mark, he heard everything, the phone was on speaker. 


"I need to go check if he is alright". I said heading towards the door to unlock it, but I was stopped by Mark who held my wrist and dragged me to my previous position. 


"Are you crazy? You wanna go downstairs, you just heard what happened and your next thought is to go downstairs?". 


"My dad is there, and I don't know what happened to him, you don't expect me to just stay here and do nothing!". 


"I also don't expect you to go down there, when you don't know what the outcome is going to be". 


"What if he needs our help? he is my father, for God's sake Mark". 


"I know that, and even I don't think he will want you down there without a plan". He said glaring at me. I thought for a second, then went into my closet and came back with a hammer. 


"Why do you have a hammer in your closet?". He asked giving me a confused look.
