Chapter 241 : Realize

"This guy is still not ashamed? It's interesting how creators fall in love with their work," Bert commented. He shook his head as he looked at the Great Elder lying on the ground and prepared to deal with him easily. Suddenly, the battle outside shifted.

Although the Holy Light Warriors were difficult opponents, Tony and his team were not defenseless. They relied on their powerful strength and weapons to gradually gain the upper hand.

It's worth mentioning that Tony was particularly violent that day, and his performance was especially impressive. He killed at least 20 or 30 Holy Light Warriors.

If everything went as planned, Tony and the others would win the war with minimal casualties. However, an unexpected event occurred. A group of thugs wearing simple exoskeleton armor joined the fight.

Tony and Jarvis didn't notice the thugs' arrival and were caught off guard. Several S.W.O.R.D. agents died on the spot. The superheroes changed their expressions and quickly protected the agents by flying down to block bullets for them.

"Why did this happen?" Strange wondered, surprised by the sudden appearance of the group of thugs. He was surrounded by a space blockade, so how did they get through?

There were two possibilities. Either this group of people was nearby from the beginning, or someone on the other side was able to break through his blockade silently.

"If Mr. Stark can continue to deal with the Holy Light Warriors, I'll handle these guys," Skye said as she saw her subordinates die. Her eyes turned red, and the shadow of a steel dragon appeared behind her. She then pushed forward, and more than a dozen thugs were hit by layers of shock waves and thrown away.

More than a dozen thugs flew up and crashed to the ground, their bodies and exoskeletons shattered in the air.

"Iron Fist!" Danny Rand exclaimed, surprised by Skye's sudden outburst. Why did he run unto another Iron Fist again? And it looks super awesome.

Skye's attack caused the thugs to shoot at her in unison, but she coldly snorted and weakened the kinetic energy of the bullets in front of her. In the end, thousands of bullets stopped in mid-air.

Skye then shook her hands, and thousands of bullets bounced back at the same time, hitting the group of thugs and causing them to scream.

However, Skye was suddenly hit by something and fell heavily to the ground. A man with a very flat appearance sneered at her and said, "Didn't you see me running over?"

Skye immediately sent a shock wave at the man, but he suddenly disappeared. She was stunned and quickly warned her team, "Be careful, there's a super-fast guy coming. His speed may be close to the speed of sound."

While Skye was speaking, Quicksilver Pietro knocked over several superheroes one after another at an astonishing speed and then laughed arrogantly.

Fortunately, Pietro didn't intend to kill anyone and simply knocked them down. Otherwise, his speed would make it too easy for him to kill.

"I hate fast guys," Tony scolded. He was about to help when a figure with a crimson light suddenly appeared behind him. The figure then placed his hands on the sides of Tony's head, and the crimson energy penetrated his battle armor and entered his mind.

Tony suddenly found himself in Manhattan full of corpses, including his acquaintances - Steve, Peter, Aunt Carter, Daredevil, Hawkeye, Black Widow, and others.

"Who killed you?" Tony wondered, shocked by what he saw. Suddenly, he sensed something and looked up to see a blood-colored figure floating high in the air. At the same time, a large amount of blood flew out from the corpses on the ground, turning into blood and flying towards him. The figure laughed wildly.

"Blood God,"

Tony shouted. What he had been most worried about had finally happened - Blood God had started to attack Earth.

It was the most feared thing in Tony's heart because, once it happened, no one could stop Blood God.

Except for Jarvis, no one knew that Tony had been developing an anti-Blood God armor. But because the Blood God's upgrade speed was too fast, Tony was often forced to start over before he was halfway through the research and development process.

After several attempts, Tony had almost no results to show for it, except for burning through billions of dollars.

At this moment, the Blood God noticed Tony in the sky and flew down with a wicked and arrogant expression. "Tony Stark, you're not dead yet?" he taunted.

"Bert, why are you doing this?" Tony roared. "Didn't you promise to always be the protector of Earth?"

Blood God responded nonchalantly, "I'm doing this because you have a problem with your brain."

Tony was at a loss. "What do you mean?"

"You're sick," the Blood God explained. "How can I destroy Earth? If Earth is ruined, where can I find girls? I'm not like you. I don't want to be alone.

Any color is fine, but I only like Earth girls or aliens that look like little Earthlings. Also, when did I drink the blood of innocent people? Are you suffering from paranoid delusions, or do you want to kill me as the protagonist? Let me tell you, with me, you will always be a supporting role in your life.

Also, I've been running around for your son, but you still think of me like this. I'm very upset and have decided to beat you up."

After speaking, Bert's fist fell like raindrops, and Tony screamed again and again. It wasn't over yet. All the dead people around them got up and shouted, "Beat Tony."

Before Tony could figure out what was going on, he was surrounded by various attacks and let out a shrill scream.

In reality, after Tony was controlled by the red light, he started attacking everything out of control, and everyone around him was stunned for a moment, then overjoyed. At this time, the white fog had almost dissipated, and their vision was no longer affected.

"Iron Man is under control again. Seize the opportunity and don't waste it," Hawkeye said, before shooting an arrow at Tony's head.

Ant-Man, Dr. Strange, and Wanda were all stunned. What the heck was going on? Weren't they teammates?

At this point, Tony woke up from the illusion and felt pain all over his body. He shook his head and was trying to figure out what had happened when he suddenly noticed that everyone was attacking him.

Slam!

Hawkeye's arrow hit Tony's helmet. Before Tony could react, the electric light blasted out, and he was jolted by the electricity. Then, various attacks such as fireballs, air, and energy guns came one after another, and Tony was directly blasted out and fell pitifully to the ground.

"You bastards!" Tony exclaimed.

Through Jarvis, Tony learned of the previous situation and got up to yell at the others.

Hawkeye responded, "It seems you've recovered, or my electric arrow is just too effective. Hey, Tony, don't forget to give me a salary increase."

Human Torch chimed in, "I think my flame is more important. For the sake of my serious injury and still getting up to save you, you can reimburse me for the Ferrari that crashed last month."

"It's obviously my credit," someone else argued.

Everyone competed for merit, and some people shouted to Tony, "Tony, don't thank us. We should do it."

"I thank you all," Tony replied, trembling with anger. If these bastards didn't do it on purpose, he would have cut their heads off to use as stools.

Even Wanda, who was hiding in the dark, couldn't help but laugh. She glared at Tony and snorted cutely. He deserved it.

Jarvis suddenly interjected, "Mr. Stark, instead of blaming them, I think it's better for you to review why you are so hateful."

"Shut up. I'll dismantle your motherboard when I get back," Tony gritted his teeth. Even an AI dared to despise him; this was obviously a failed product.

"I wipe, why am I being controlled again? Wait, controlled?" Tony suddenly realized and shouted, "Be careful, there is an invisible man around who can control people."

"I found her," Strange said as he held one of his hands. More than a dozen magic whips were tied together to the invisible Wanda, who then appeared and snorted coldly. The crimson energy enveloped the magic whip, and it quickly dissipated.

Strange was a little surprised. The other party's crimson energy seemed to be mixed with very high-end magical energy.

"You controlled me?" Tony said as he immediately controlled the half-moon blade to shoot at Wanda. She raised her hands, and two clouds suddenly flew up from the ground, smashing towards the half-moon blade under the red light.

Tony thought that the half-moon blade could easily cut through the clouds, but as soon as it entered the clouds, there was no movement, and the clods still slammed towards him, so he quickly avoided.

Strange was about to cast the spell again, but at that moment, a figure flashed past, knocking him into the air and then causing him to fall heavily to the ground. The figure then pulled Wanda and disappeared instantly.

"Damn it, watch out for them," Tony cursed as he retrieved the Half Moon Blade and rushed over to help deal with the thugs.

These thugs were not ordinary people. They had all been strengthened, and with their exoskeletons and powerful firepower, they were very difficult to deal with.

In the underground base, Bert's face was a little ugly. With the strength and state shown by Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, he didn't have any doubt at all. That is to say, he was tricked - someone had interfered with his blood using the Mind Stone.

"Not only my blood but also someone has influenced my thoughts, making me ignore the Scepter," said Bert, who was very angry and felt tricked. He could barely accept it, but his thoughts were affected, which definitely tipped his scales.

What strong man would allow his thoughts to be controlled by others?

Bert went to Kamar-Taj, his projection going to the Ancient One, and he said, "Master, why can someone silently influence my thoughts for as long as a year? This is unreasonable, even if there is a Mind Stone."

"It's not terrible to be controlled; the terrible thing is not knowing if you are being controlled," replied the Ancient One. "It's not just the Mind Stone; there's a magical power that affects your consciousness. However, this power is not malicious; it's just promoting the birth of two people," she added.

Bert frowned and asked, "Which two people? Wanda and Pietro?"

"No, it's Wanda and Vision, the two of them, destined to be born," replied the Ancient One. "No one can stop this. The two of them will definitely be born."

"Wanda and Vision? Isn't that a human-machine lovers?" Bert snorted coldly, recalling the movies in his previous life. 'Why would such a beautiful woman fall in love with a robot?' he wondered.

Ancient One smiled but said nothing, and Bert rolled his eyes, knowing that his Master was about to do that again.

Seeing Bert's disgusted expression, Ancient One shook her head and said, "You don't have to worry about anything. Once Wanda and Vision are born, that power will disappear."

"It doesn't matter if it goes away or not," Bert snorted. "I will never let others influence my thoughts again."

"Bert, don't stop Vision from being born. It will only be counterproductive," advised the Ancient One.

"Is that power really that strong?" asked Bert.

"The power to change the world," nodded the Ancient One.

"If that's the case, that bastard Tony has probably upgraded his Jarvis and should have beaten him a few more times," added Bert, thinking for a while.

"Vision will be born, but Wanda and Vision won't be together. I will certainly break them up," declared Bert.

"It's up to you," said the Ancient One indifferently. "As long as Vision can be born."

In the underground space, Bert looked at the unconscious Great Elder on the ground, thought for a while, called Annie over, and instructed her, "Take control of this guy's body, I want you to be an undercover agent."

The situation on the HYDRA side is unknown. Bert intends to investigate them first. After all, his real body has not yet awakened, and the other party has a Mind Stone.

Anne asked, "Master, what about the Angel Legion?"

Bert said, "I will unblock it after the task is completed, and I will not run away."

"Okay."

Annie stopped talking nonsense, turned into a ray of light, and flew into the body of the Elder. Then, the Elder opened his eyes, nodded to Bert, and controlled his scepter to teleport away from the underground base.

"Scarlet Witch!"

Bert looked at Wanda, who was breaking the space blockade outside, and narrowed his eyes slightly. This woman's strength is much stronger than in the movie. Her crimson light obviously has magical energy, and it is still very high-level magical energy.

On the battlefield, Strange sensed that the space blockade had been broken and hurriedly shouted to Tony, "Tony, that witch was breaking the space blockade just now. They don't seem to be trying to escape, so hurry up and send an unmanned armor to investigate."

"Okay."

Tony stabbed a thug's body with a knife, shouted loudly, and then three unmanned battle armors flew out at the same time.

As soon as the unmanned armors arrived at Wanda's location, they found that a large number of pickup trucks and armed vehicles were aggressively driving into the area. When they saw the unmanned armors, they immediately opened fire, and hundreds of blue energy beams shot at the unmanned battle armor one after another.

The three unmanned battle armors avoided at the same time, but the beams were too dense. Two of them were hit and exploded, and only one escaped.

Tony shouted with an ugly face, "Damn, we were treated as orioles. Strange, open a portal to the Stark Group. We need reinforcements."

"Okay."

Strange didn't waste time and immediately cast a spell to open the portal. At that moment, a figure flashed quickly and slammed into him.

This time, Strange didn't fly away, but Quicksilver disappeared. He fell into a space maze, and no matter how he ran, he would eventually return to the starting position.

As a mage trained (ravaged) by Doom, how could Strange fall in the same place twice in a row? He had set up space magic on his body after the earlier encounter, waiting for Quicksilver to deliver himself to him.
