Achilles didn't understand what Sia was trying to convey to him. He inquired with a dumbfounded look:
"So? The Shadows' strength is the same as ours. I still stand a chance against mine."
Sia slowly shook her head.
"Unfortunately, if the Shadows were only equal to their summoners in strength, then advancing through another rank wouldn't be such a problem anymore."
Achilles stared at her for a moment, then asked:
"Is there something about Shadows I don't know?"
Sia seemed a little bit reluctant and then said:
"...Yes."
"A Shadow will always be stronger than its summoner — in every aspect."
Achilles' eyes widened at what the little elf spoke. He inquired again for confirmation.
"How can it be?"
Sia shrugged.
"Otherwise, it wouldn't really be called a challenge anymore, would it?"
"But don't worry, this difference is not impossible to surpass. It's just that a Shadow will be more proficient in using your abilities, skills, and moves. That's all."
