The next day.
The cohort gathered near the mountain as they waited for Lorenzo's man to show up. It had already been 15 minutes but there were still no signs that the swine would show up any time soon.
Ryan was pacing around impatiently while looking in the town's direction.
"He's taking too long. Is it possible that he's ditched us?"
Achilles, on the other hand, remained quite carefree and didn't seem to have a shred of anxiety. He glanced at Ryan for a second while sitting at a nearby boulder.
"Relax. He'll come. He has to."
Ryan gazed at him before questioning:
"Still, don't you feel that he's taking too long?"
"You think so, too, right, Luna?"
The olive-skinned beauty who was chatting with her sisters turned to look at Ryan. Then she responded:
"Yeah, I guess. But we can only wait."
