"Okay, but you need a check up first. And I will be getting the family doctor to check on you everyday."

"I don't need a doctor." The smirk fell from her face.

She didn't need a doctor, what she needed was to find out who had the fucked up guts to shoot her dead in the Skull Spider's territory.

( A/N: Skull Spider is the name of the Parker Mafia family.)

She was not going to spare the culprit, besides it wasn't her fault that the person had dared to mess with her. Of course she was still going to get used to Chu Siying's life as well and might avenge her (Chu Siying) death.

"It's either you agree to my terms or you stay here and recuperate." Chu Min said not showing any signs of giving in to his niece's suggestion.

Her frown deepened but she didn't say anything else.

The doctor came in at that moment and ran a through check up on her before leaving. Bai Yirou brought a pink dress from the closet for her to change into.

"What the butt is that?" Danielle asked pointing at the dress

"Young miss it's..." The maid started to say before Chu Min cut through her words.

"Don't you like it?" He asked. "If you don't I can have her bring another one in a different color. Yellow perhaps?"

"No. I hate bright colors. Get me something dark, like black."

What?! ...

Did the young miss say she hates bright colors?

But wasn't pink her favorite color?

"Okay. Bai Yirou, go get her a dress in black."

The maid bowed and left coming back 20 minutes later with a shopping bag in her hand. Chu Min took it and gave a glance at the black dress inside before giving it to Danielle with a skeptical look.

Danielle took it and went into the bathroom to change before coming out looking refreshed. A slight frown appeared on Chu Min's face as he looked at her.

"Let's go! You can frown all you want when we reach the condo."

Chu Min cleared his throat as both him and Bai Yirou followed behind Danielle as she left the room.
