Her reply left me kind of speechless because I was expecting answer like no host, But I could not find anything wrong with her sentence so I dropped it at that.


"So was that survey was real deal huh" I asked as I couldn't contain my curiosity.


"So do you know that being that sent me here or any information about him/her or if she sent me for a task or something?" I asked thinking if I could get some information I would get a clearer understanding of my circumstances but to my disappointment although I knew

[So about the whole story that she explained I will give you a summary of it or else it will get boring I was first thinking of making it a conversation but it was too long so story goes like this)


When me or my previous ego of this body was normal artoria pendragon's ego so she experienced 10 years of her life as a goodie two shoes, So when she escaped the tower she fell off in the sea underwater and with some mighty heavenly coincidence she came across the body of {dragon king of destruction} named Antares.


Because of aura of destruction his corpse was releasing even the water itself was getting vaporised inside his cave and no creature dare to enter because it would get destroyed even getting near it. 


But previous ego had Avalon so she was able to regenerate the damage but it could only help her so much so she only had one possibility of survival according to her that was to eat the corpse because she had a hunch if she left the cave she may drown to death or be eaten by sea mammals.


So she devoured the dragon slowly while gaining resistance to destruction magic and tempering her physique slowly she became a destruction dragon slayer.


But it was not so easy because although dragon king soul had vanished but his hatred and killing intent had not vanished so Artoria had to fight against that killing intent and resist its urge to make her mad monster.


At that time great sage came to play she helped dragon king's killing intent to weaken and finally destroying Previous ego while also destroying dragon king's killing intent with it and in the end she took the bits of pieces of both of these egos and fused it with my ego and that made me and apparently I gained some memories of dragon king of destruction such as how he died.


Apparently he was seriously injured by igneel Dragon king of fire {For those who don't know Natsu's so called dad dragon) which lead him to his death so bears an immense hatred towards nastu protagonist of Fairy Tail and it was so strong that it was also fused with my ego.
