Usually, the idea of fighting monsters with awesome powers would be pretty cool. That is if you have nothing to lose.

Being in the line of service for your country in the most dangerous job you could ever have, you're betting on everything you have in exchange for victory.

Once you're too deep in, the only way to get out of this job is to drag your enemies down with you to hell.

To Be Alive Again

Dalie: "Yep! The testing site's destination will take quite a long ride so make sure you already took a bathroom break before we leave"


Driver: "All of your luggage is already in the trunk. We're ready to go"


Dalie: "Alright, let's get moving ladies!"


As they leave the parking lot, Dalie mentions that the ride might take a whole day. The testing site is atleast a thousand miles away. They should be there within 24 hours as long as there isn't any traffic.


Annnddd... There's traffic in the highway.


Dalie is playing tetris on her phone, Irene is listening to music, and Evelyn is reading a book.


Irene: "Hey Evelyn, what's that book you're reading?"


Evelyn: "It's a book about the Ashed Kingdom"


Dalie: "That again? You've been reading multiple versions of that story ever since you became a hunter!"


Dalie: "I'm looking for the accurate one. All of the other versions are just a poor copy of one plagerized work from another"


Dalie: "Well how would you know which one is accurate?"


Evelyn: "My mother was obsessed with this story and owns the original copy of it. The original is more of a document than some fictional story though"


Irene: "Why not ask for the original copy from your mother then?"


Evelyn: "... I haven't seen her in years. And I don't plan on ever meeting her. I don't know much about mother but one thing's for sure is that she likes getting in my way even if she's not there"


Dalie: "Some mysterious family dynamic you have there Evie. Oh look! Finally the highway is on the move"


Irene can't help but think "Even if you wouldn't be up to meeting someone you used know, she still has the very thing you're looking for. So why are you running away from the option that's easier for you?".


They get off the highway and start passing by some buildings. But then.. Evelyn notices something.


Dalie: "I know... Someone's tailing us"


Evelyn: "They've been behind us eversince we got off the highway. I suspect they're the guys from before"


Dalie: "Tsk.. Vartians... They just don't know when to give up, don't they?"


Dalie: "Do you know how to lose these guys?"


Driver: "Uhm, there's a complicated road right ahead of us. If we're fast enough, we can get them off our tail"


They're currently in Gaharvi City. One of the most Confusing city that's hard to navigate and can easily get lost on. If you aren't a local, you'd be living amongst the rats before you know it. Luckily for them though, Driver knows every twist and turn in the entire country.


Driver: "Hold onto something everyone! And please don't puke in my car..."
