From iron to flesh

"That's all? You just need a forge?" Valiza asked, while a hint of scepticism shone within her tone.

"Pretty much! Oh and maybe some clothes, I lost all my clothes." Gustav said, half jokingly.

Eager to play along, the constricted lady agreed. "We have a deal then, I don't think that you're a threat to our rhino kind."

Such a name sounded unique, but he couldn't think much of it. In any isolated island, it wasn't so common to browse through many animal species, and it was especially difficult to acknowledge intelligent life!

In this case, he had never heard of rhinos before, and yet he didn't care enough to explore. "Whatever that is? But yes, you have my word."

Cooperation seemed like a useful tool here, although Gustav had slightly hoped to rule over any village. It sounded nice to have hundreds of people under his control, but he wasn't cut out for such a role just yet.

These ladies alone were heavily armed, and they seemed ready to stab if not behead, anyone who declared themselves as an enemy! Those were odds which he couldn't gamble with, it was better to be safe.

In response to that fresh motive, he called out. "Come to me my children, let go of these... new friends!"

All six of the big-clawed demons popped out of the holes they had dug, and spooked the few ladies in exchange. This sight was indefinitely absurd, so they were quick to panic for a hot second!

Their ego was hurt quite a bit too, because one of these little creatures had apparently pinned two women down. These ladies counted seven by number, but that advantage had clearly not mattered.

"They don't look like moles," That one, fairly shy lady pointed out.

"Well... I don't really know what else to call them." Gustav spoke out a light lie.

He urged to remain truthful, but at this point if he explained how these demons came to this world, he would likely be beheaded in exchange. These ladies greatly reduced their hostility, so it wasn't smart to break this new bond already!

...

While the two parties did reach an agreement, it had necessarily led to a whole wasted day. In other words, they had to drag that escape-pod which was filled with hematite ores!

It was a tedious and physically-draining task, most would have quit on it, but Gustav had insisted that it was imperative to bring the merchandise along.

The team was powerful enough as a group, but to drag a nearly two-hundred-kilogram heap of metal, for about three-kilometres was torture at its finest! Dusk had enveloped this region, and it took their mixed emotions along with it.

Most of them were beyond tired, so they didn't know what to feel anymore. The fine mammoth-man however, knew a thing or two about endurance, so he ran into another problem rather than plain tiredness.

Within one of the village's numerous forges, he debated. "What do you mean we can't make a layer that thin?!"

Earlier on, with some coal to his aid, Gustav had drawn out a simple idea of how he wanted the raw ores to end up, but the blacksmith he tried to cooperate with, firmly refused the pitch.

This particular forge was run by a rugged, six-foot-tall lady, and she insisted. "It'll break! Why do you even need it anyway, I don't think any iron-casing would need to be that thin?"

"There's an... interesting project I need to finish, so you better help me. I'll give you all the ores you want." Gustav pressured.

He was confident enough to make a deal, as the few demons which slept in his escape pod behind the forge, were more than capable of fetching a few resources. Sure he didn't want to be scammed here, but it was imperative to build the signal-emitting beacon!

For that matter he studied the lady's face with caution, and said. "Do we have a deal, Tunada?"

"I have to work with another forge to make it happen, with some guy across the road there. You want to build a fucking triangle, so it's not going to be easy." She answered.

Right after however, she pitched. "But it's going to cost ya... A hundred and fifty ores should be enough, it'll cover your little project, and the payment too."

"Sounds good enough to me, just don't mess it up, please." Gustav nodded.

With the project handed to a lady who actually knew what she was doing, he considered now as the best time to indulge deep within some well-deserved rest. For a little while he had forgotten how it felt like to sleep, so to be rewarded with slumber now was more than well-timed, he didn't have to push forward any longer.

The village had proven more than hospitable, even though he had been labelled hostile at first. A few of them had volunteered to let him sleep in, but Tunada the blacksmith insisted on having the honour, as they were meant to settle a deal anyway.

Even though her house was within the medieval area, it still had three whole rooms which one could use. In this case it proved useful for Gustav, but also for another little creature who insisted on abusing an advantage.

It was difficult to define if this was lucky, but a miner-demon had not sneaked into this particular room, no.

The big man had crashed into one of the free spots, and had to take the pair of uncomfortable clothes off, which were gifted from the village's side. He ended up half-asleep rather quickly, but that was when he heard a soft little whisper!

"Uhh... mister mammoth?" It said.

It took him a few seconds to acknowledge the call, but he eventually paid attention towards his right side, and instantly spotted a fine little woman, who was noticeably half naked!

"Huh?" He grunted.

She was one of those five-foot tall, well-armed guards who had surrounded Gustav just hours earlier. Until now she had behaved as the most shy one, but her current actions certainly broke that impression down!

At last she properly spoke out, "We've stepped into the breeding season, sir...  well at least for my kind. I don't know how it works for you, but will you comply with my order?"

The big man couldn't catch up that fast, as he was still zoned out. This lady's golden hair proved as a worthy distraction too, so he couldn't focus or answer either.

As a result, the same woman whose shyness dismantled, had enough space to unravel the well-fitting leather bound which had gathered her breasts together.

Gustav finally caught up with what the other had to say, so he debated. "Oh... Aren't you a little small for this, Arila?"

"Uhh... I'm twenty-eight." She stated, and walked forward.

As he felt how a certain tool pushed the whole blanket away, he expressed. "Not what I meant, but alright... I can help you, hehe!"
