CHAPTER 9 - Don't Lie To Me

  Chelsea's POV;

  It's finally Monday and I'm very excited about my first class. I got up extra early and got dressed for class. I know where the class would be held, thanks to the Urup group chat for my class that I joined.

  I walk into the massive hall and find it empty. Of course, only a geek like me would make it to class thirty minutes earlier.

  My mom told me to always do this. She said that if I don't, the class would get so cramped by the time I arrive, that I might have to stand. I don't know if I should feel pissed or pleased for believing her. At least I get to sit in the front role...

  I take my seat and take out my earbuds. Listening to I would always love you by Dolly Parton. Someone suddenly sits beside me, and I take out my earbuds.

  "Hey... "The boy says, and I smile at him.

  "Hi. I'm Joshua. You're also here for our Literature class, right? "He questions, and I nod.

  "Yup... "I reply and he exhales in relief.
