CHAPTER 10

　　Vior's Point Of View

　　I just put the money aside and thought of taking a bath. I'm too lazy to cook so I'll just buy food…

　　I am now in the Underground of Warrior's City, this place is called the Forbidden City. A small town that is private from the Academy, here some warrior's where they buy and eat so there are really very few people who behave in this area.

　　"Oh! It's you, Uno?" Manong asked with a smile.

　　I'm a customer here so almost all salesmen and saleswomen know me as Uno. Why Uno? Ever since I became Rank 1 as a Class S Warrior, they decided to call me that nickname but I still prefer Vior.

　　"Manong, how are you?" I asked as it cooked.

　　"As long as we're protected by people like you, it's okay. The sales are still the same but they also survive because of the amount you pay hahaha." I'm a little ugly there.

　　"We can't leave you alone and we also don't want to hurt you because of our status," I said bitterly, sadly because they had to be hidden here just for their safety.

　　"Oh, it's not there. We all understand what the reason was, we're really thankful because you're there so as long as you want to eat something or buy food we'll offer you wholeheartedly..." I smiled, there were still a few who understood and acceptable as we are.

　　"Oh yes, Uno. Why aren't you with the beautiful woman you were with last night? That child… she's weird but elegant." I was stunned.

　　I passed by her house earlier but she seems to be resting…

　　"Ah, she's resting," I replied.

　　"That's right, but she came here earlier?" alas, I didn't catch up ..

　　"Yes, she bought medicine for the wounds she got and then eat here too.. very greedy for a woman…" I was happy to think of the things she bought last night, Tsk.

　　"Gloria was really happy with that girl because she really didn't give back and then paid ten thousand to Gloria even though she only bought five hundred. Oh hey, here's the pancit bihon sisig you ordered… get full." I didn't say a word and ate Manong's new dish.

　　I immediately remembered when she bought last night and paid a hundred thousand just for candy and junk food. Psh! It's no wonder what Manong said, maybe it's just like that and they're just coins for her. She thinks that for every item, the price is a thousand.

　　"Oh, sister? You came back .. is it still the same as before?" I heard Manong's introduction to the new customer.

　　"Yes please, Old man…" I was shocked to hear those voice, when she sat next to me .. I confirmed that she was! It's Zenith.

　　"Sit down first and wait for a while, I thought you wouldn't come back because you were resting, said Uno…" I felt like I was a stone when Manong said that, I'm dead!

　　I feel her turn to me. "I'm suddenly hungry."

　　"How are your wounds and scars?" Manong asked, because I didn't look at Zenith.

　　Fortunately, when Manong was cooking, she was watching, her arm was full of bandages and then there was band aid for others…

　　"It's still painful but I can handle," I suddenly felt guilt in her answer, I know she blamed Kindred but we didn't even think about what she had gained earlier against them.

　　"It's good then, Gloria's medications helped… she's very grateful because of the amount you paid," Manong said.

　　"That's okay, Old man. For me, what I'm paying you is just right..." it was her direct response.

　　"Oh, you're young, is it right for you to pay us a huge amount even if your change is even bigger than what you should have paid? Maybe later, you'll be poor. Just don't pay for what I'm cooking because I'm still short of half of your million… " I can almost hear what I heard, what? half a million?!

　　It looks like there are only a thousand more than what Manong cooks ah? Why the size?!

　　"There's no need, Old man. I don't have any other expenses of my money so it's okay and it's impossible for me to be poor just because of half a million. I just paid the right amount for what you fed me before, it's just the first time I've eaten like that," Zenith explained.

　　She hasn't eaten like this before?

　　"I'm used to different vegetables and fruits so everything you call ordinary food is just new to me…" Manong was shocked, and so was I.

　　"I-Is that so? Oh hey, go ahead… Eat all that and be full sister… I'll always cook for you if you want," Manong said smiling and served everything he cooked in front of Zenith.

　　Seems like my pancit bihin sisig is embarrassed? Zenith immediately left. Manong is right… this one is really greedy and it's obvious that she only tasted it now.
