CHAPTER 42

　　Kindred's Point Of View

　　Because of what happened yesterday, the class was very quiet. Professor Rhimean's treatment of Zenith suddenly changed so that our room became like a farm because of the peace.

　　The emergence of Zenith's power is great news but only a few know it and I am not included in that one. All the officers may have seen it because of the speed of events but in the end the loser in their fight was Chief.

　　"To understand the opponents even if they are from another country, you need to know five borrowed languages. What are they?"

　　Zenith and I both raised our hands for that question.

　　"Mr. Rezilla …" he picked me up then I stood up and answered.

　　"Latin, English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese since these are the bands capable of conquering others."

　　"It's good you can sit down," he said and I followed. "Who among you can give an example of this borrowed language? Anyone? Five should be," he continued but as before we were the only two Zenith to rise.

　　"Can you give an example like a sentence that I will say in different languages for easier?" Zenith suggested to Professor Grind.

　　It stopped and thought. "O-Of course, how about? Introducing yourself in these five languages? Can you do that?"

　　Zenith stood calmly and proudly said, "In English, Hi, I'm Zenith ... Nice to meet you. In Latin, Hi, Ego Zenith ... " And she finally be seated on her own.

　　"That … That was excellent, Ms. Aspen," though his tone of speaking to Zenith also changed, it is the first time he praised her answer in his class.

　　Zenith didn't speak again and just quietly listened to the class, I think, she was just looking at what Professor was pointing ahead but not listening. She seems out of nowhere …

　　In the whole afternoon, our class went well and it's a good sign. Not just for me or others, but also for the sake of Zenith.

　　"Okay, see you all tomorrow. Class dismissed," Chief's last words before finally leaving, we stood up.

　　"Zenith — wait!" I stopped her because she also planned to leave.

　　She stopped and then faced me. "Hmm?"

　　"Can you show me your power? I'm so curious about it since yesterday," I said bravely. I saw one of her eyebrows rise and was obviously shocked. "And why is that?"

　　"Well, you see … it's been a while since we fought seriously right? And you already know what I am capable with. I just really wanted to know what is yours …"

　　"Alright, maybe just the next day? Sooner or later you'll know too, I still have plans to fight the queen and defeat her," I was surprised by what she said.

　　It became really dark that no one would want to face it and would just be forced to keep quiet. "Z-Zenith..."

　　I could barely move from where I was standing as her emotion quickly changed in front of me. She even smiled at me. "Did I have a spear?"

　　I couldn't answer yet so she turned her back on me and left.

　　What was that?

　　Am I seeing things? I must be crazy, shit.

　　Vior's Point Of View

　　"Guy, I have to go … see you," I casually said after the class ended.

　　I still have to go to Zenith and catch up. We have to go in Meteor City.

　　"Uno, just wait — wait!" I heard Tremendous shout when I came out of the room, I turned here and with him the others, I stopped so they could get closer.

　　"What is it?" I asked them.

　　"We just notice that you're always in a hurry every time after class, do you have a walk?" the Widow.

　　I looked at the watch while nodding. "Yeah, is there something wrong?"

　　"Uh-eh, nothing hehe."

　　"Your acting strange lately. We were just worried that maybe .."

　　"How? Can you please say it now? I'm going to be late," I said.

　　Reme bow his head. "Just let him go, guys. Let's go … maybe he doesn't remember what the occasion is today."

　　I was a little taken aback there and remembered something. What's up now? When I looked up at them, they were walking away from me. Something's up, they just became like this to me and I don't know why. They have been letting me do whatever I want but not now.

　　"Hey …" I gasped when Zenith suddenly appeared in front of me.

　　"I saw your friends ah? They look upset by the way and I also heard them saying about someone's birthday …"

　　I suddenly remembered. Damn! It's Reme 20th birthday! How can I ever forget that? I also remember that we planned to celebrate in the Forbidden City but then Zenith and I also had a walk. Argh!
