Amelia?

Ivy walks with Jackson and April to the nurses desk to pick up a chart when she hears a voice, "Amelia. He and Ivy are the only ones who get to call me Amy."

"Oh my, God hide me," Ivy ducks behind Jackson.

"Why? What's going on?" April's whispers to her.

"My sister, Amelia, who I haven't called since before the shooting is here," Ivy whispers.

Derek looks past Amy any spots Ivy easily, "Oh, look, there's Ivy."

Ivy clenches her fist, "So close. Amy! Hey."

She quickly hugs her sister and makes sure that Derek stays where he is, "What are you doing here?"

"Well, since you and Derek don't return my calls, I thought I would come for a visit. Now, I know why that won't answer my calls, but why aren't you?" Amy questions.

"Um, well, I was in a coma for a week, then recovering and work so I was just super busy," Ivy casually says.

"Coma?!"

Ivy changed the topic, "Anyways, who is this?"

Amelia gestures, "Derek, this is Tom."

"Todd."

Derek starts to walk away, saying, "Oh, best of luck to you both."

Ivy quickly pulls him back, "Shut up and listen to Amy."

"No, we met in the plane. He has a probable pituitary tumor," Amelia explains.

"Did she say you have spongy hands. Yeah. Were your hands on her breath at the time?" Derek asks, as Todd say "Yeah."

"Derek!"

He ignores Ivy and turns to Amelia, "So this was a mile high hookup?"

Amelia stands against his accusations, "That doesn't change the fact that he's a very sick man."

Ivy teams up with her, "If he has symptoms, it could be a tumor."

"No just could. It-it is," Amelia swings her arm over Ivys shoulders.

Derek stares at the two of them, "I always hated it when you two teamed up against me. All right. Well, this fine lady will find you a surgeon," he gestures to Cristina.

Meredith goes to talk to him as Amelia and Ivy turn to Cristina, "You know, you're the baby of the family. Does that make you McBaby?"

"Seriously? Why do I need a Mcnickname again?" Ivy asks.

"Its tradition for most of you all from New York," Cristina waves off.

Derek yells to Cristina, "Alright, Todd needs a workup. Will you take care of it?"

Meredith turns to Amelia and Ivy, "Coffee?"

"Lets go. Time to catch up, Amy. And you can yell at me all you want for not answering the phone," Ivy tells her.

"Sounds like a plan, McBaby," Amy laughs at her.

"Seriously? You've been her for five minutes! Amy! Stop laughing!"

Did it hurt?" Ivy hears Amelia asking Derek as she goes into the scan room, Amelia not hearing her enter.

"Getting shot? Oh, you're amazing," Derek mutters.

Amelia continues, "Well, did you feel the bullet or did you just feel pain?"

Ivy answers, "Little bit of both, but I'm sure Derek is thinking this is painful. Shh."

Cristina interrupts, "And we have images."

"Yeah, there it is," Amelia points out.

"Dr. Yang, what's the best approach on a tumor like this?"

"I don't know," she says.

Ivy looks at Derek with wide eyes. Cristina Yang never not knows the answer unless something is wrong.

He nods to Ivy to answer, "Um, its a pituitary tumor, so access could be transnasally."

"Can we book an O.R?" Amy asks.

"Whats the chance of me finishing a thought today?" Derek asks.

"Not great," Ivy and Amelia answer together.

Amelia continues, as Derek half-heartedly glares at Ivy, "Theres some compression, so I'd like to get in sooner than later."

"Dr. Yang, can you book an O.R, please? You'll be scrubbing in," Derek tells Cristina.

Cristina leans back in her chair and gestures to Amelia, "You know, if she wants to do it, you know, be my guest."

"Dr. Yang, book an O.R."

"Fine."

She leaves the Shepherd siblings alone. Ivy, with years of experience, knows what's about to happen so she leans against the wall, away from her bickering sibling.

"Okay, that's my patient in there. You gonna let what's-her-face with the learning disability scrub in? Why don't you just shoot the guy?" Amelia mocks.

"Cristina saved Derek's life when he was shot. She is one of, if not the best, resident in this program. She's going through trauma. I won't trust anyone else in there. And don't you dare mention shooting anyone, especially in this building or around me," Ivy defends Cristina.

Before Amelia can reply, Ivy leaves the scan room and looks for April or Jackson.

Ivy sees Amelia sitting alone in a secluded part of the waiting area. She sighs and makes her way over to her.

"Derek doesn't trust me in his O.R. because of the car. I'm better now. Whats it going to take?" Amelia asks her younger sister.

"Hes stubborn. Your stubborn. Together you will eventually find a common ground but for now. Start with coffee. Or we three can go out to dinner and I be a buffer. But you have to work together outside of the O.R. before you work together inside the O.R.," Ivy suggests, sitting next to her.

Amelia sighs, "You're right. I'll figure it out with him. But I want to tell you I'm sorry about all the crap I put you through when you were younger. You didn't deserve any of it."

Ivy hugs her, "Don't worry big sis, I forgave you a long time ago. Love you but I gotta go."

She leaves Amelia there and ends up running into the rest of her class, "A condom?"

"Yep."

Cristina double checks, "Wait, and she aspirated it?"

Ivy gasps, "A condom in her lung? I'm gonna gag."

"And her fiance thinks she's a virgin, so I-" Meredith informs.

Jackson gets there attention, "Okay, here we go. Here we go. Check it out."

Looking through one of the windows, they see Lexie scrapping samples from a man covered in warts. Ivy is barely able to hold her gagging back as Cristina says, "Ew. Ew. Ew."
