Jackson and Ivy walk through the main hallway of the hospital, laughing, "I can't believe that you let Alexus pick out her own clothes this morning."

He wraps an arm around her shoulder, "Ivy, she's 2 and a half. Besides, she looks adorable."

Ivy nods, "Yes, but by picking out her own clothes now, means she won't need us as much and I'm not ready for that. Plus, she may look adorable but she's wearing a purple shirt with bright, neon yellow leggings and pink shoes. She looks like the 80s threw up on her."

"Fair about the 80s thing," he chuckles, "But on the not needing us...babe, they will need us for a long time. Besides, we're trying for another one, and they will rely on us for everything," Jackson says, kissing her.

"I know, I know, but Jackson, we've been trying for months and nothings happened. We didn't have this much trouble conceiving the twins," Ivy complains.

"We'll have another baby. We just need to be patient," he comforts as they get to the E.R., he notices Wilson, "You're late."

Wilson nods, and begins her explanation, "I know. I'm sorry. I got stuck behind a train that just stopped forever. I mean..."

Warren's voice carries, "I'm sorry. You s- you said a crash?"

She carries on, "It shouldn't be allowed to do that. I mean, just stop on the tracks?"

"I really don't care, okay? You missed rounds," he mentions.

Ivy elbows him in the stomach and whispers, "Be nice."

"A pedestrian? T-two pedestrians were hit by a train?" Warren asks.

That catches their attention, "What? Oh, my God. And they're alive?"

He walks towards Ivy to explain, "Yeah, uh, two girls were hit by a train on their way to school. Kids. Um...they're just kids."

Ivy races out to the first gurney, "Jessica Tanner, 15 years old. Moving train swiped her, then tossed her down the embankment. GCS is 15. Pressures 100 palp. Right side took all the brunt. One big bruise."

Jessica starts explaining, "Theres a shortcut to-to school. I-I take it every day over...the tracks."

Ivy calls out, "Shes tachy at 120."

"All right, I'm gonna need a dappler to check these extremities for pulses," Callie tells her.

"I tripped. You know, my foot-it got stuck in between the tracks," she continues.

Callie shushes her, "Try to stay calm, Jess."

She asks, "Have you seen the other girl? She...she just showed up out of nowhere. She-she tried to push me out of the way."

An intern yells, "Uh, uh, uh, somebody?! I'm not sure what to do here!"

Ivy moves over there and sees the girls leg is backwards, "Help get the other patient inside. Go," as they take Jess inside, Ivy notices a heart on her arm.

She feels the foot and nods, "Lets go."

Ivy has handed the trauma portion of the second patient to Hunt, "Hang two units of O neg, check the pelvic binder, and prep her for a rapid-sequence intubation."

"Any word on her name? Her parents?" Ivy asks, turning the leg back correctly.

"Uh, I don't think she had any I.D.," Hunt tells her.

"Did you look? Did you check her bag?" She asks, thinking about how she would react if this was her daughter.

Meredith comes in, the two still not having made up completely, "Okay, where do you need me?"

Hunt directs her, "She needs an ex lap. One of her legs was ripped completely away from the other."

Ivy continues, "She has a wishbone injury. The force of the train broke her pelvis and split her insides apart. I'm gonna need to stabilize her pelvis and extremities, but not before you guys address her internal injuries."

Amelia does a neuro exam, "Pupillary reflexes are sluggish. She's gonna need a head C.T. to rule out a traumatic brain injury."

"All right, you got a name for me yet?" Ivy turns to one of the interns.

"Uh, no, but I found some textbooks. Sophomore, junior, maybe. I'm guessing she's about 16 years old," he says.

"Okay, hang on, hang on. Shh, quiet," Meredith tells the group.

The patients breath is ragged, "Mom. I want my mom."

Owen reminds, "Grey, we're gonna need to intubate."

"Okay," she steps back, "Go ahead."

As Owen intubates, she recognizes a heart drawn on her arm. She leaves the trauma room, taking off her gloves before moving into Jess'.

Seeing her, Alex says, "Good, you're here. She's got multiple complex injuries. She needs to go to the O.R. for a washout."

Maggie adds, "Hemorthorax on her right side that needs to be drained."

Ivy sits next to her bed, "Jess."

Jess asks, "Have you seen her- the other girl? I-is she still alive?c

"Jess, can you tell me her name?"

"I-I-I don't know her. So..." She denies.

Looking at Jess' arm, Ivy tells her, "You have the same hearts drawn on your arms. I think you do know each other."

"Her names Aliyah," Jess gives in.

"And you two were out there together?" Ivy asks.

"Yes."

Ivy shakes her head, "Your foot didn't get caught in the tracks, did it?" She shakes her head, "Honey, tell me what happened out there."

Jess explains, "We just wanted to be together. Dead or alive."

Bandaging Jess is, Ivy questions her, "You're only 15. You want to die?"

"Its more complicated than that."

"You were standing in front of a train," Alex comments.

"We weren't suicidal. We just-" Jess starts.
