Ever since Cristina Yang had her nervous breakdown in the O.R. two weeks ago, she hasn't been the same, so Derek offered to have her under his service. Of course, Allison understood but she wanted to be in neuro's service again since she hasn't been in a couple weeks now.

"Oh, come on." Derek groaned, seeing his sister in front of him, "Amy?"

"Well, If you'd pick up the damn phone, I wouldn't have to stalk you" Amy spoke up as Allison looked back and forth from Derek and the girl.

"Yeah. Why didn't you call your sister?" Mark playfully scowled at Derek.

"Sister?" Meredith asked confused.

"Meredith, Cristina, Allison, this is Amy."

"Amelia." She corrected, "He's the only one who gets to call me Amy."

Out of all of Derek's sisters, Allison has only met one, Nancy, who came to visit Seattle a few years back. Of course, she has met Derek's mother as well.

"Amy—Amelia is also a neurosurgeon." Mark explained, as Allison eyes went wide.

"Another one? You Shepherds grow them like weeds." Cristina blurted out.

Amelia continued to say how the man has a tumor as Derek walked away. Allison faintly smiled at Mark as she walked away.

"A condom?" Alex questioned Meredith after she'd informed the group what was found in her patients lung.

"Yup." Meredith nodded.

"Wait, and she aspirated it?" Cristina questioned.

"A condom in her lung? I'm gonna gag." Jackson shook his head as he made his way forward.

"And her fiancé thinks she's a virgin." Meredith added as Allison winced.

"Okay, here we go." Jackson stopped everyone in front of a patients room. Everyone glanced through the small window where the patient was being examined by Lexie.

"Ew. Ew. Ew." Cristina shook her head in disgust.

"Okay, now I think I'm gonna gag." Alex shuddered.

"Oh, look at Grey." Cristina chuckled, "It looks like she's gonna heave."

"She's looked like that all day." Jackson spoke up once again.

"I mean, I kinda wish I was in there." Meredith admitted, making everyone give her a weird look. "Seriously, how long does a case like this come along?"

"About as often as twenty-seven year old virgin brides." Alex retorted

"She could still be a virgin." April defended, "Just cause she's twenty-seven, I mean, it's—it's not impossible."

"So, Karev." Jackson called out for Alex as they walked away from seeing Lexie, "How old were you your first time?"

"Fifteen." Alex answered, "School nurse, back of her car."

"Fifteen?" Jackson nods as Allison leans on the nurse's station, "That's impressive."

"When I was sixteen, she taught me how to drive that same car." Alex continued, making Meredith and Allison laugh.

"Sophomore in high school, Paul Waxman." Meredith began, "Had no absolutely no idea what he was doing."

"Junior prom." Jackson said, "Sarah Richardson and Penny Caraway, together."

Alex whistled as Allison rolled her eyes.

"I knew exactly what I was doing."

"Nineteen." Cristina spoke up.

Alex questioned, "Nineteen?"

"Mm-hmm." Cristina confirmed, "I was very focused on my studies. It was my Chem T.A. he was a whole head shorter than me, but....he was smart."

"Carter?" Alex raised an eyebrow at Allison waiting for her story.

"Seventeen." Allison shrugged, "Ex-boyfriend of some sort, he didn't know what he was doing. Worst experience ever."

April, who was uncomfortable with the entire conversation began to walk away wanting to be unnoticed but luck wasn't on her side because Jackson called out for her, "Hey, April."

"I'm not talking about this." She shook her head, "It was a private memory."

"What happened, did they guy die?" Alex questioned.

"Alex." Allison gave him a warning look.

"Oh, did it last, like three seconds, so you don't know if it counted?" Cristina asked.

"No." April scoffed, "Uh—It was on a beach at sunset. It was beautiful."

"Sunset?"

"Yeah." April nodded.

"Really? Weren't there people there?" Jackson asked, wanting to know more.

"On the beach?" Cristina raised a brow at the girl, "Man, you get sand up in places you don't want to get sand in?"

"Mosquitoes." Alex added. April's face began to heat up making Alex laugh, "Ha! You're a virgin."

"No, I'm not." April tried to deny.

"Oh my god, you are!" Cristina's eyes widened before she shoved Alex towards April, "Oh my god. Do it. Do it. Do it to her right now. Alex, go deflower her. Do it."

"It was—It was on the beach at sunset, okay?" April stuck by her lie as Cristina, and Jackson laughed.

Alex took off his lab coat, while Meredith and Allison stood there. "Okay leave her alone." Allison spoke up.

Meredith nodded her head, "April, the beach at the sunset is very nice."

"Come on. Just admit it. You're still a virgin." Alex looked at April as Meredith, Jackson and Allison sat across from. them.

"No, I'm not." April denied once again looking down at her drink.

"Hey, there's no shame in it." Jackson added.

"Really?" April perked her head up.

"No," Jackson shook his head, "There's shame."

"Stop being assess." Allison spoke up as she looked at Jackson and Alex.

"I-I was gonna say something, and then I forgot to stop drinking." Meredith paused for a moment. "Has anybody seen Cristina?"

"Okay." Lexie started as she sat dow next to Meredith, "So today only one person looked at me like a psycho who might down the hall naked and Dr. Bailey screamed like a little bitch over a spider," Lexie looked at Jackson since the two had been in the O.R. together and laughed, "So I'm feeling pretty good, you know, for a crazy person."

"Well," Jackson shrugged, "Nobody gives a crap if you're crazy. We're all crazy."

"Yeah." Alex held in a laugh as he ate a peanut, "Look at April. She's still a virgin."

The group laughed, "Yeah, well, Mark gives a crap, okay?" Lexie complained, "He stares at me like I'm a menace to myself and everyone around me. Wait." She laughed turning to face April, "You're still a virgin? What?"

The rest of the group laughed before April exploded, "Stop. Okay? Just stop. I'm a virgin. Yes." She nodded, "So what? It's not something I talk about, okay? We all have things we don't talk about." She turned to Alex, "Alex, you've been afraid of the elevator for like, a month, but I never said anything because it's none of my business. And," She looked over at her friend, "Jackson, you sleep with Allison every night because you both wake up screaming having nightmares. And Meredith," She looked at her, "You don't talk about Cristina because you're afraid she's never gonna be the same Cristina again. And Lexie." April laughed, "For God's sake, Mark never thought you were a psycho. He loves you. That's why he stares at you, because he can't keep his eyes off the woman he loves. Of course, he's never gonna say anything 'cause he doesn't feel like he can. Look we all have stuff we don't talk about." She exhaled, "I am a 28 year old virgin, mainly because I wanted my first time to be special, and then I waited too long and partially because I'm pretty sure guys find me annoying. I'm a virgin. That doesn't make it drinks conversation. We all have stuff we don't talk about."

April chugged the rest of her drink as the group sulked.

Allison smiled, "April." She brought her drink up to the air, "I'm liking you more and more."

Allison drank her beer as April looked down, "Thank you."
