who was walking up to the home plate with the bat in her hands. Allison just smirked. The doctors from Seattle Grace are practicing for the upcoming softball game against Seattle Presbyterian.
Jackson laughed, knowing Allison was going to win those thirty bucks, since she played softball when she was in high school. "You're going to loose, Sloan." Jackson yelled.
"Make it forty." Allison yelled out to him as she smirked.
"Deal."
Allison kept her eyes glued to the ball as Derek pitched it, without hesitation, she swung the bat sending the ball towards the outfield, where Meredith and Cristina were laying down on the grass.
Alex quickly rushed after the ball as the twisted sisters complained the ball could've hit them.
"Karev, throw the ball!" Owen yelled at Alex when he stopped to talk to Meredith and Cristina, the ball in his hands while Allison was reaching third base. Alex threw the ball to Mark, who threw it to Arizona, who jumped away from the ball as Allison reached the home base.
"Come on!" Derek yelled, as Allison smirked at Mark.
"Forty." She reminded him as she earned an eye roll from him.
Allison walked inside the dugout, where she saw Jackson and Lexie sitting next to each other. Jackson's hand raised for her to high five, and she did.
Derek's pager went off as he yelled, "Hunt, I gotta go." Derek told Owen, "Lexie, let's go!"
"What?" Owen frowned, seeing as the opposed team have arrived to practice on the field. The rest of the doctors leaving as well.

"Let's go Shepherd!" Webber cheered the next day at the game. It was Derek's turn to bat, the pitcher threw the ball as Derek hit it sending it flying to the air as Allison cheered. The excitement left their faces once one of the players from Seattle Press caught the ball.
"All right. All right. Karev you're on second." Owen said as the teams began to switch positions, "Let's get out of there and get it back. We can do it."
"We are down eight-nothing" Meredith pointed out as the group walked to their positions.
"We're screwed, he should call it now."
"The new chief's got something to prove." Cristina shook her head.
Allison made her way to second base as she observed the player getting ready to bat. "Get the walk!" Someone yelled to the batter after Teddy pitched.
Teddy's pitches were horrible, of course everyone knows it except for her. Allison eyes scanned around the field seeing as Bailey and Meredith were arguing with one another as Cristina watched them.
"Time out! I got this, Hunt." Webber yelled before heading towards the direction of Meredith, Bailey and Cristina.

Owen began to call out another time out, as the other team began to complain, "Bring it in. Huddle up." The group of doctors gathered as Owen looked at every one of them, "I—I just want to say how proud I am of all of you. You are an incredible team."
"Now who's drunk." Cristina said to Bailey, Allison shook her head.
"I watched you work together, solve problems together. I watched you teach each other and learn from each other. You step up when you need to and you do more than anyone asks you to do. You're the finest team I've ever been a part of."
"What are you talking about?" Derek asked.
"You don't think we actually have a shot at winning this." Callie raised a brow staring at their Chief.
"What, this? This?" Owen looked at her as though she were growing two heads. "No, no, no, we're screwed. You are all horrible at softball."
"Hey!" Allison yelled, "I take offense! I'm great at softball."
Everyone chuckled, "But as doctors, you're pretty great, and I'm proud just to get to lead you, and you're all here, so I just wanted to tell you." Owen said, "But now...now we're going down, so what do you say we go down fighting?"
"Yes!" Everyone shouted in agreement as they cheered.
Lexie took over as pitcher, having to be great at it. Mark's girlfriend, Julia, began to smack talk, "No arm! This is your relief pitcher?" She yelled, "Hey, my grandma's not busy she can pitch better than that."
Lexie threw the ball at her boob as everyone gasped, "Oh! Lexie!" Mark yelled, as Callie winced in pain for Julia.
"What? I thought she was stealing second." Lexie yelled, as both teams make it to the field arguing. Seattle Press forfeiting, making Seattle Grace take the win

The group found themselves drinking on the bleachers, as Henry, Teddys's husband took her home. Arizona saying the same but before the couple could leave Lexie decided to speak up, "His girlfriend's gonna be okay, right?"
"Ah, it's her boob." Callie chuckled, "She's in good hands."
"Hey, where are you going?" Allison called out to Jackson, who was leaving the field without Lexie.
"Home." Jackson shrugged off. Allison nodded.
"Can I catch a ride?" She asked as she saw the rest of the group drinking their night away. Jackson nodded, as the both of them went home.

"Dr. Carter." Tyler called out for Allison in the E.R. "There's a patient in bed four that needs stitches on his forehead."
Allison nodded as the two made their way to bed four, Allison raised a brow at the familiar man sitting on the bed.
"Micheal River," Tyler presented as Allison looked at the clipboard in her hands, "29, says he fell down and bumped himself with a desk"
"Ouch." Allison winced, as she met with his brown eyes. Allison faced Tyler, "Thanks Tyler."
Tyler nodded before he went back to the nurse's station. Allison snapped on her gloves as she gently wiped the cut.
"So you're a doctor?" Micheal asked, remembering her from the cafe.
"A surgeon." Allison corrected, "Be glad you're being taken care of by the best."
"Yeah." Micheal responded as he carefully watched her dab up the cut, taking in her features. "Since you're cleaning my forehead and stitching it up the least I can do is take you to dinner."
"Are you asking me on a date, Mr. Rivers?" Allison asked.
"I'm asking for your number so I could take you to dinner." Micheal corrected smirking.
Allison rolled her eyes ignoring his intense stare.

"Who's George?" Allison heard April ask as soon as she entered, seconds later Jackson and Alex walked in.
"He used to work here. He died." Cristina explained briefly.
"Whoa, who died?" Jackson asked as he took a seat next to Allison in the couch.
"George."
"And we're talking about that creep because?" Alex asked. Allison smacked his arm causing him to glare at her.
"Stop being an ass." Allison told him, "His mom's in the hospital."
"O'Malley. I haven't thought about him in..."
"Why would you?" Alex interrupted as Allison shook her head, before taking a bite of her sandwich.
"Oh, come on. Don't act like you stay up nights writing poetry about the guy." Alex shrugged off.
"Remember when you gave him syphilis?" Cristina said, causing everyone to laugh around him.
Allison remembered that day, Alex has sex with nurse Olivia, and then Olivia had sex with George causing him to have syphilis.
"Oou, heart in-an-elevator?" Allison reminded, when George and Alex were stuck in the elevator their intern year.
"Heart-in-an-elevator. I should put that on my list." Cristina smiled as she turned to look at Alex, "George made you look like such a chump."
"George was the heart-in-the-elevator guy?" Jackson asked, "I heard about that. That sounded badass."
"It was."
Alex shook his head, complaining how he just wanted to eat his lunch before getting up and leaving.

"What the hell are you doing?" Allison spoke up once she caught up to Jackson, who was walking to the O.R. gallery to watch Mark's surgery.
"What?" Jackson stopped so she could catch up.
"You should be grafting the nerves, and you're just gonna sit down in the gallery?" She asked shaking her head, bumping her shoulder with his , "Don't be insecure."
"Insecure?" Jackson scoffed, "I am not."
"Are too." Allison argued, "You got her Avery. You're putting in so much thought into this that's it's making you turn down cases to avoid Sloan." Allison crossed her arms across her chest, "This is fifth year, Avery, Plastics is your specialty, you know it, Mark knows it and even I know it, you enjoy it, so don't be a fool and go help Sloan."
Before Jackson could say anything, Allison turned around to walk away, leaving Jackson with his thoughts, since he knew he didn't get
