for anything, it felt like forever when Jackson finally spoke but it wasn't the words she wanted to hear, "Allison, you're getting married."
"Unless I'm not." Allison looked at him, three words, eight letters, all she had to do was say them, "I lo—"
The sound of the curtains opening interrupted Allison. Stephanie walked in seeing her boyfriend laying there, "I just heard. Are you okay."
Stephanie hugged Jackson, as his eyes were glued to Allison, before she looked away. It felt as they were the only two people, until reality snapped back at her, they weren't the two people for one another, there were other parties involved.

"Oh, baby's sleepin'" Bailey whispered, holding Meredith and Derek's son, Derek Bailey Shepherd. When Allison left Jackson and Stephanie alone she cleaned herself up since she was paged to go to Meredith's room, having heard she gave birth. Allison cooed at the baby, as she smiled.
Cristina took a picture of Bailey holding the baby and Owen walked around Meredith's bed to get to the front. "Okay, we should get started. Um, Bailey, we need some Board business that we need to disc—"
"I'm not going anywhere." Bailey said, her eyes still on the baby, "Me and this baby got Bailey business to discuss. Don't we? Yes, Mr. Derek Bailey Shepherd." Allison and Arizona chuckled as Bailey walked away to go to the chair in the corner of the room, "Yes, we do."
"What does Zola think of him?" Arizona asked Meredith, once she looked away from the baby.
"Oh, she wants to take him to day care for show and tell." Meredith smiled.
Derek looked at Owen, "Where's Richard?"
"I paged all the board members."
"Well, Avery should be here too." Derek nodded, Allison tensed at the mention of the green-eyed doctor.
"Yeah." Owen sighed, "Well, he was being hero last night. He dislocated his shoulder saving a kid from the bus crash."
"What bus crash?" Meredith asked, having to miss everything since she was in surgery for a c-section.
"She had a baby." Cristina dismissed, seeing as her friend was confused with all of the events that happened in the storm, "She doesn't know things."
"So tell me."
Allison nodded as she informed her friend, "A church was evacuating some people and their bus overturned."
"Good news is, everyone survived, and there are no major injuries." Owen informed.
"And the bad news?" Arizona asked.
"Everything else. The blood bank is flooded, and the E.R. looks like it was ransacked."
"So we need to close the E.R.?" Derek asked, looking at the rest of the doctors.
"We are dangerously low on meds. Personnel can't make it in due to the flooding."
Cristina nodded as she confirmed, "So we need to close the E.R."
Arizona, Allison and Meredith spoke at once, "But can we do that?"
"You are the board." Owen reminded them, "I am telling you that E.R. cannot open today."
"What do we need?" Meredith asked, "I mean, I can try to coordinate with our suppliers." They all looked at her, "I had a baby. I'm not dead."
"If they have it, then we want it. In the meantime, let's make sure that our inpatients are taken care of and discharged who we can." Owen ordered.
"Like me." Meredith suggested.
"No." Derek immediately disagreed, "You just had major abdominal surgery. You're gonna stay right here."
"All right." Jackson walked inside the room, his arm in a cast, Allison avoided his figure, looking anywhere but him causing Derek to raise an eyebrow at her, "Airport's just reopened. I just put Dr. Boswell in a cab."
"Who's Dr. Boswell?" Cristina asked, not having heard of the doctor as the others furrowed their brows confused as well, except for Arizona.
Callie, who had a hard glare set on her wife spoke, "She's the one Arizona slept with last night." Everyone's eyes widen as Callie walked away, feeling the awkward tension in the room.

Allison sat in the chair holding baby Bailey while Cristina and Meredith laid in Mer's hospital bed, while Bailey is peacefully sleeping. "Owen and I..." Cristina sighed, "Oh, you know, I don't even know what to call it. Ended it? Broke up? I feel like I'm gonna die."
"You always end it, and then you start it again." Meredith said, as Allison hummed in agreement before looking down at the baby in her arms.
"Yeah." Cristina nodded, "But this is different."
"Okay."
Allison sighed as she looked up at her two friends, "I'm engaged." She blurted out causing Meredith and Cristina to turn their heads and stare at her, specifically her left hand where they didn't find a ring, "And I told Jackson that I would break off my engagement because I want him."
"Allie." Meredith eyes went wide, "What did he say?"
"H-He didn't say anything." Allison explained, "Stephanie came in to check on her boyfriend."
Cristina sighed, "I liked it so much better when you guys were sleeping with each other." She shrugged, "Less chaotic."
"Does Derek know?"
"No." Allison answered honestly, "And you can't tell him."
"Okay."
"Oh." Cristina remembered, "Robbins cheating on Callie?" Both girls nodded in agreement, surprised Arizona would do something like that to Callie, who has been there for her since day one, "Oh! Did not see that coming."
Meredith and Allison responded inunison "I know."
"And Bailey is a good name." Allison complimented, before cooing at the baby in her arms.
"But two Bailey's?" Cristina asked, "You don't think it's gonna be confusing?"
"No." Meredith shook her head, "Because...if I say, 'Bailey peed on me.' I think it's safe to assume that I'm talking about my son."
