, excited her. She didn't think of anyone but her and Jackson, she ignored the shock faces of the guests, she ignored the feeling of guilt which was covered with excitement.

Allison Carter was being selfish this one time, she didn't care how it would affect Micheal or Stephanie, which is why there they were running away from the reception hand-in-hand, running towards Jackson's car.

Allison couldn't help but laugh as she stared into Jackson who was equally smiling wide.

Once the pair got inside the car, Allison closed the door before her eyes went wide—the adrenalinewas gone, all she felt was the guilt. The smile she once had fell as she started freaking out not believing she just ran away with Jackson.

Allison breathed heavily, panicking. Jackson immediately noticed the look of regret and panic, "Allison, do you—do you not want to do this?"

Allison looked into those green-eyes, those same eyes she loved. One glance at his face and the guilt was gone, this is what she wanted since day one. She forgot about Micheal, she forgot about Stephanie, her aunt, the Rivers family, and she definitely forgot about the wedding and its venue.

Her hand made it to his face, as she cupped the side of his face before attaching her lips to his. It was a fast and passionate kiss, both knowing it was filled with rush and excitement.

"I love you." She whispered against his lips. She wanted to be away from the wedding reception, "Now drive."

Allison Carter felt the stares, she heard the whispers, she could even see the nurses and doctors stare at her. When she glanced up, her colleagues looked away. It's been three weeks since the wedding, Stephanie has been hiding out, Jackson and Allison are avoiding one another.

No one knows what happened between Allison Carter and Jackson Avery, except for them. They were all confused when they saw them return back to work, ignoring each other. They were all curious wanting to know what had happened between the two.

In the CT room, Jo, Stephanie and Leah were waiting for the scans to appear on the screens as they talked about Jo being confused, as she tried to figure out when  Alex proposed to her.

"A proposal's a big deal. You remember a proposal. Was I drunk? Do I drink too much?" Jo asked them, trying to remember.

"You do drink a lot." Leah honestlty told her, as she nodded her head.

Meanwhile Stephenie felt nothing but sadness and anger inside of her—mostly sadness seeing as her boyfriend ran away with the bride three weeks ago.

Stephenie muttered, "Screw your life." Before she shook her head saying it louder, "Screw your perfect little life."

"What part of 'accidentally engaged' sounds perfect to you?" Jo narrowed her eyes at Stephanie, who just stared at her. Realization crossed Jo's features as she lightly gasped, "It was at the wedding."

Leah had enough of Jo complaining when their friend was obviously hurt, "Stop talking about weddings and engagements. She just got left at the altar."

While Leah talked, Allison approached the C.T. room, hoping it would be empty, but she heard the rest of their conversation.

"No, she wasn't." Jo spoke, recalling it was Micheal who was left at the altar.

"She was left an altar." Leah elaborated. Jo smacked her arm, as she made eye contact with Allison, noticing she was standing at the doorway. "Ow! what?"

Leah turned around to face Allison, causing Stephanie to turn around as well.

Allison stepped inside, "Sorry, I just—I need a C.T. for a patient."

Stephanie turned back around, once Allison spoke not wanting the attending to look at her. Leah and Jo rolled their eyes at the neurosurgeon, giving her dirty looks.

"We're almost done." Stephenie spoke, her back still facing Allison.

"Great." Allison said, feeling the tension in the room, knowing how they felt about her, "Uh, take your time." Before she left she scratched her head, "I-I'll just come back later."

"What a bitch." Leah said, narrowing her eyes at the place Allison, once stood.

Stephanie nodded, feeling the rage, "Totes."

"You need closure. Why don't you just go talk to Jackson?" Jo suggested, knowing if she disrespected Allison, and it somehow made it's way back to Alex, there would be another problem.

Seeing as Alex cares for Allison and his intern class, since she and Meredith were the only ones to talk to him when everyone else hated him.

"Why don't you just go talk to your fiancee?" Stephanie retorted.

Jackson held the instruments in his hands, while Leah assisted. The O.R. was filled with silence before Jackson spoke up, "All right, you can go ahead and remove those clamps."

Leah was angry at him, she was angry for her friend. The resident removed the clamps as she slammed it inside the bowl filled with water, before she grabbed the suction once again.

"Is there something you need to say to me, Dr. Murphy?" Jackson questioned, glancing up at her for a second before looking back at his patient.

"You couldn't given her a heads-up, in the months you were seeing each other?" Leah questioned, anger lanced in her tone, "She was worried about Carter. She asked about it, and you didn't say anything. What, were you just waiting for the right time to publicly humiliate her?"

Jackson let out a sigh, he knew it was going to come out sooner or later, and it was sooner. There was not justification of what he did, he didn't plan to stand up at the wedding and profess his love. It just happened and he didn't want to hurt Stephanie, it wasn't his intention.

Jackson looked around the O.R. the surgical staff had their eyes on him, wanting to hear about the gossip. He didn't want to give in to them so he just continued to work on his patient.
