"Wow so you have manage to find someone new already, Impressive, the voice said and my heart skipped, I immediately know who it was, and I fearfully turned around to see who it was..., I was right It was no other person than Stephanie and my heart sank..

"W.. what are y... you doing here, I said stammering...

"I told you that it was not over, She said smiling evilly...

"You must have known by now that I don't leave my job half finished, she said..

"How did you manage to find me, how the...

"Enough of the question and and answer, she said pulling me by my hair and I screamed in pain...

"Now you are coming with me" she said dragging me along...

She brought me to a very high valley and I was terrified...

"You see this huh, this is where you are going to die, I had spend a lot of time looking of a perfect place to end your life and this is it... she said grinning still holding my hair forcefully...

"You are a psycho what will you gain by killing me " I manage to speak...

"I have already told you before and am not going to repeat it so shhhh" ..

"Any last words ... she said..

"Don't do this Stephanie am pregnant please, I resulted to pleading...

"Oh my goodness you are pregnant, she said sarcastically, "so that fool of a prince manage to get you pregnant, How sweet, When I kill you, help me to say hi to your child, she said and all I could do was to hope someone would save me,or else I was done for.. I wished I had never came out of the house...

*JAMES P.O.V*

I rode in my horse with my broken heart, i was finally leaving and going away from Alexa for good, I felt heartbroken, Slowly I sighted something for afar, it looked like two maiden what could they be possibly doing in a hill so high, I needed to have a closer look and find out, As I came closer, my eyes widen and my heart dropped, I couldn't believe what I saw, it was no other person than Stephanie and Alexa with Stephanie dragging the hair of my Alexa, what did she wanted to do, was she going to kill her? no she wasn't, how dare she but as I hide and watched from a distance, u slowly realized that it was true, she indeed wanted to kill my Alexa, I needed to do something fast or else I might just lose alexa for good, t couldn't think cause I was running out of time, so I picked a stone on the floor and threw it to Stephanie...

*ALEXA P.O.V*

As I lost hope completely, and embraced death, Suddenly and so quickly I saw a stone been thrown over to Stephanie who was still grinning, hitting her on her hand and making her let go of me and losing balance falling into the valley, I was terrified and I also lost my balance but before I could fall, I was caught by someone and the person dragged me out of the valley side, my eyes widen, standing right in front of me was no other person than James who held me tightly and had just saved my life, we were only few distance away and all we could do was to stare at each other right in the eyes we were having a eye lock and

I didn't even realize the time I hugged him and he hugged me back passionately... I Felt alive and I could feel tears in my eyes, What was happening, my emotions were taking the best of me and I couldn't do anything about it, I immediately release the hug looking at him in the eyes ...

"Why did you do this, why did you save my life, I had treated you with so much distain but you still saved me why...I said

"Don't you get it, I love you Alexa, I really do, no matter how much you hate me, I still do love you, Cause you are my life he said and I didn't know what to do...

I ran over to the hill side and looked down, Stephanie was no where to be seen ,she was gone actually died at last , she was finally gone from my life for good, I was finally free...

I looked back at James who was still standing there with a pleading expression, I slowly moved towards him ...

"Please forgive me and remarry me again, he said and I didn't know what to say ,my heart was telling me to forgive him, while my mind wasn't sure , I could see him moving closer to me cupping my face in his hands please he said and I couldn't help but to nod yes, I said yes and I hugged him with tears falling down freely, he kissed my forehead..

"I love you" he said and I smiled...

We however returned back to my house holding hands together, and I could see the old woman already worried and at the same time surprised and we explained everything to her about Stephanie and To us reconciling,she was happy and at the same time sad , Now that I was going back to my kingdom, I would leave her and was so going to miss her dearly and she would too and after a long time deciding we agreed that she was going to come live with us as well as Hermia when she returns, The palace was big enough for both of them ....

And I was finally happy at last, my life was back to normal, It feel so good... We however left for my kingdom the next day, Before we left we had decided on telling Charles the complete truth and although he was a little sad he was still happy for us and even decided on attending our wedding, When we finally arrived fear gripped me cause I was afraid of what the kingdom would say but James assured me and told me that he had already knew the truth about everything even about Stephanie's death and I was too happy to wonder how,...

We were warmly received in the palace by the king and I felt loved, Jack and the maid had also been released from prison, with jack warmly welcoming me by hugging me, he had been patiently waiting for me the whole time,He was already a father of three and wasn't keen about me anymore, I could see the love in his eyes for his wife and that makes my heart blessed...

We eventually got married and had the marriage of the year , it was a grand marriage as James wanted and everybody was present, The king had deeply apologize to me and it was the season of forgiveness wasn't it , Everybody was forgiving each other so I had to forgive him, oh did I also forget to mention that after a year Hermia returned back and guess what she and prince Charles fell in love and got married with their marriage blessed with church...

I was later crowned Queen, I and James marriage was a marriage never once seen in history, Of a prince and his maid princess...

I guessed that this was actually my fate and my destiny, and no one could change it...

Indeed fate does works in mysterious ways....

*FEW YEARS LATER*

I laid back on our grand room with a smile on my face thinking about how my life transformed from been a maid to a queen and it all started because of a magic wand and switching roles...
