This story is inspired by the game Metal Gear Rising. The writer took the after-event idea of the game. It happened when raiden had regained consciousness after experiencing a very dangerous battle.
He's again involved in eradicating criminal organizations when he just wants to take a walk in the city center just to recover his mind and soul, but ends up being unlucky due to the actions of amateur assassins who want to kill him.
What's more, after he got to the bottom of the information... how surprising that the organization used the solid snake name. And what's worse, Solid Snake himself is moving there to be able to finish off the organization that uses his name.
His mission this time is to help SEALs who want to return the favor.

"You should try fighting for what you believe in sometime, Jack. Not for a company, or for a nation, or for anyone else."


Jack suddenly woke up. After his fight against Armstrong in order to stop the great war, he must receive quite serious treatment for it. During treatment, he was used to enduring pain.


The silence in the treatment room was still felt for him. Feels like before.


He felt like he heard someone in the shadows there.


The sound of sighs that were weak but quite sinister slowly began to approach him.


For some reason, the sound just disappeared.


(maybe it's just my feelings.) he thought..


At first he thought it was just the sound of the wind coming in from one of the windows. But when he was about to close his eyes again..


The sound of footsteps could be heard, which made him feel alert.


Surprisingly, his hands suddenly could not move. It's like someone is holding him back.


Worse yet, it turned out that something began to cover his hand until it turned black with a line of fire. Not long after, his hand moved on its own as long as it was still changing color. He tried to fight but he was struggling. At the same time..


Until all he felt was darkness and silence.


Unfortunately it just didn't last long.


He had been asleep for 15 hours due to the recovery process after the tough battle he faced at that time. He looked around.. the atmosphere was quiet, but some medical equipment was around..


He looked at his hands, everything looked fine, even though it only left scratches from his nano-suit.


Not long after, he heard footsteps coming from the left. The same voice as in the dream.


He was relieved because his doctor was the one who approached him. Although a little worried.


"You don't look good. Are you all right?"


"I'm fine, just.. feeling a little uncomfortable."


Feeling suspicious. The doctor tried to examine jack .. but instantly, he smiled.


"Raiden. I understand that you have undergone nano recovery in your body. Well, since the examination is over... why don't you take a walk for a while."


Hearing that, he was even confused .. but because the doctor looks like insisting. So, he was forced to follow the advice.
