Shopping with the old lady was tiring,she keeps buying and buying and it turns out she's buying everything for me 


At first it was awkward but I soon get use to her presence,"here Tilly how about this?" She asked showing me an evening ball gown 


"It beautiful" I replied, "we are taking it" she said and I smiled arguing with her won't work 


The shopping worn me out I decided to rest now that we are back to the hospital
