Chapter -348

It was still winter, and the snow had yet to be melted away. After a brief 30 minutes or more of drinking her tea, she resumes her work. She was looking through the reports of villages and towns on how the people were handling the harsh winter. It wasn't every day that the sun would be shining like there was no sign of a storm approaching.

Some reports had better results than she expected while some weren't so. Some houses were destroyed by the harsh storm, while some were unable to leave their home due to continuous blizzards

"Are there any death casualties?" Lucien asked.

Merly, who was standing beside her, answered, "None." She held a file hoping to answer any question Lucien would ask. "Since after it was warned in the beginning about the harsh weather, people had taken precaution to not leave the house unless it was required."
