Nope

Lily and Luke came back tan and filled with joy after their honeymoon. Lily glowed like I’d never seen her before. When she got back everyone was expecting that she was expecting. Her mama and Sammy were excited for her, I was too.

It was a couple weeks into them being home Lily called me upset. She had gotten her period in the middle of the day at work. She sounded so disappointed at the fact she was not yet pregnant. She told me she knew it normally took a few tries, but it was still discouraging to her. She was so sure she was pregnant.

At that same time she was crying about getting her period. I was damn near tears because I hadn’t gotten mine. I was nervous for myself. I was a few days late when I thankfully had gotten some bleeding. Not heavy, but it had calmed me some. The weeks came and went. They always did here in Bumble. I was always so busy doing something or the other.
