Episode 5- Gold Runner

Hi, I'm Shego Petrov, also known as 'Gold Runner'. I'm a bandit meaning I'm from Trap City. I grew up here with my siblings Inko and Tayo. I left the supervision of my eldest sibling Inko when I was sixteen. I wanted to start my group of bandits but I ended up not doing so. I occasionally steal with my friend Leo. one of the Tace Twins. He's been my friend for 4 years now. We're like peanut butter and jelly.

I decided to go on an adventure through Trap City. I had just found Leo at Tayo's place. Although he and his sister Leah moved to RingTown, nothing about them has changed. Let's go Leo, we're gonna have a bit of fun", I said, waving my arm. "O-Okay", he stuttered, following behind me. As we walked out of the door I jumped as high as I could and landed on a building. Most people couldn't do so, but I and my siblings have always been more stealthy than most people.

"I still don't understand how you do that", Leo shouted from the ground. He hopped on a fruit stand, to a step, and then onto the building. "You're gonna get in a lot of training because there's still land to cover", I said running. The smell of the area brought back a memory, the smell of my childhood bedroom. Something I'll never forget. I was only 7, I was in my room with my siblings playing with a glass bottle when it shattered. My sister Inko reached out in front of us and an explosion seemed to come out of her hand.

We've tried to come up with how it happened but we still don't know. Now there's a scar on my stomach where the explosion got me. I woke up to Inko carrying me outside. That was the one and only time I had ever seen her cry. The explosion blew up the whole house and after that my parents were never found. I've got into a bunch of crazy experiences with Inko, some pleasant, some unpleasant. Once we tried to rob a lawyer and RingTown and got shot by the police.

Now I have a bullet hole on the left side of my torso. She has the same wound on her right. After venturing through Trap City we made it to the bridge. As Leo and I walked into RingTown people shouted at us and told us to go back to where we came from. "So what are we gonna do"? "I'm angry, so we're gonna beat some people up". We decided to walk to the park. "What about them"? It was a guy and a girl who seemed to be dating. We walked up to them and I stood in between them.

"Isn't it a beautiful day huh, goodies"? "I guess", the girl said in an awkward tone. "Do you guys have any cash on you, us bandits don't do very well", Leo said. the couple looked at each other while Leo and I did the same. I pulled out my pocket knife and grabbed the girl, putting it up to her neck. Now when it comes to me robbing or committing a crime, I'm a pretty violent person. I snatched her necklace, bracelets, rings, and purse. "Thanks for your cooperation", I laughed before sticking the knife in her stomach and throwing her to the ground.

"Dana", her boyfriend shouted. Leo had forced him onto his knees with a knife and tied his hands together. I grabbed some of the stuff and handed the rest to Leo. "Let's go Leo, I hear sirens". We ran and made our way to the middle of RingTown, the division. "Stop right there and toss the stolen items! You bandits are getting pretty bold"!
