Chapter 229 - Incoming Storm

In the sky,
After the attack in the Shokurin Temple, Lev was bombarded with questions, especially Chinchin and Toriko seeing how he let go of the Bishokukai even though he had the power to take them. They could not help but feel angry especially Chinchin as he still didn't know the reason behind Chiyo's betrayal.
Lev, however, answered all their questions objectively and reasonably. He could not tell them everything and he doubted if they would believe his words, so he only gave them a vague explanation as to why he let them go.
"Well. All's well that ends well." Lev muttered while looking at King beside him sitting quietly while looking at the horizon. Together with Sia, the two of them were now riding the shadow soldier Big Bang Shark that Starjun had.
"Master, where are we going right now? Are heading back to Nox?" Sia suddenly said while looking at Lev. Though it was only a few days, the time she spent training in the Shokurin Temple wasn't a waste as the improvement of her combat power was very visible and she kind of felt like she was close to reaching a new height in her techniques.
"No. We have all the time before the next arc, so I have decided to visit these so-called Seven Gourmet Wonders in the Human World. I bet there were delicious ingredients growing in them." Lev replied with a smile. It would still be a week before the next Arc, so he planned on using the following days to visit this place.
"By the way, how was the training in Shokurin Temple? Is it worth your while?" Lev then asked while looking at Sia. He had seen her battle prowess a while back and so he felt there really was a sudden increase in her strength after undergoing and understanding Food Honor despite not having the power scaling of this world.
"It's good, Master. Though I felt like it was a shame that it wasn't enough to push my spearmanship to the next level." Sia replied while holding on to her spears and recalling her insights while training in the temple.
"Is that so? We still have a week. I will help you attain enlightenment. There is also King. You can have him as your training partner from now on." Lev said while looking at Sia. He could also tell from her status that her spearmanship had only a little amount of experience to level before she could attain and probably learn spear aura like him.
With that, Lev and Sia then just continued talking as the shadow soldier Big Bang Shark continued to fly at an incredible speed as they wanted to arrive at their first target destination for today so they could have a proper place to rest.

Gourmet Pyramid,
In a gigantic pyramid located in the Desert Labyrinth, part of the Sand Garden, Lev and Sia could be found inside making the place as theirs seeing them having a bonfire while eating the ingredients they have encountered while wandering inside.
Looking closely at the surroundings, it was a place where several blocks of ruined stones could be found, but that wasn't the most surprising because there was a gigantic beast with a body structure that was similar to a lion's next to them and was eating quietly while having a very happy expression on its face.
"Sadly, Toriko and Zebra have already harvested this beast's Mellow Cola. Well, I will also have my cola soon enough." Lev said while looking at none other than the Salamander Sphinx as they were now at the lowest levels of the pyramid.
"Is it really that good, Master?" Sia asked while looking at the Salamander Sphinx acting very behaved and docile beside them. She has also read about the description of this beast and the ingredients it produces, so her curiosity about how it tastes suddenly rises.
"I don't know since I also haven't tasted it. I should have told Toriko about it last time." Lev answered with a smile upon thinking about it. He thought since he had the skill 'Taste Encyclopedia', he could just replicate the taste that it had like what he did to the Century Soup.
"Well, it's not like it would stop producing such ingredients, so we can just come back later and have some." Lev followed before taking out several ingredients from his inventory as he still didn't feel that he was full and wanted to eat some more after they had emptied what they had hunted inside.
Following that, Lev, Sia, and the Salamander Sphinx continue to eat to their heart's content as food continues to get cooked with the help of Lev's clones. On the other hand, shadow soldier King was out there on the surface after being told to grow himself up as the way of his leveling up wasn't the same as theirs. He had to kill in order to grow.

Infinity Castle,
Lev and Sia's Human World Tour has come to an end much sooner since some of the Seven Gourmet Wonders weren't that interesting. Though it was something good that they were now back, the atmosphere of the Human World was completely dark after a worldwide announcement made everyone scared.
The news about the Four Beasts that would invade the Human World once every few centuries to collect humans would soon awaken. Almost everyone has started evacuating to the safest place given by the IGO to lessen the casualties that they would bring.
Meanwhile, as everyone was busy evacuating, Lev and his clones started amassing a particular ingredient or more like a cure for the incoming poison that comes from the Four Beast that would affect almost all the people living in the Human World.
"Infinity Castle Restaurant's reputation would probably rise once more after this event. Having known the future really was a good weapon." Lev said while looking at his clones cooking and preparing an ingredient that looked like a Mochi, but the color was strangely purple.
"And unlike the Four Heavenly Kings, I will not allow these beasts to wreak havoc before coming to the Central Human World." Lev followed while thinking that if not for their late and carefree dealing with these beasts, there would not be any casualties in the environment.
"Master, Toriko, and the others were already in the dining hall." Sia suddenly barged in and reported what she had been tasked to look into. Looking at her face, an excited smile could be printed on it after all, in the span of five days, her spearmanship had finally achieved a new level, and learned Spear Aura that greatly boosted her strength.
"Good." Lev replied with a smile before ordering his clones for the last time. After that, he and Sia headed back to Nox Kingdom to finally start planning for the incoming storm that would soon enter the Human World.

Nox Kingdom,
In the dining hall in the Nox Palace, Lev could be found together with Toriko, Sunny, Coco, and Zebra. They were eating together all the while talking from time to time as they tried to catch up on what was happening to everyone since they hadn't seen each other for a while.
Not long after that, the atmosphere became serious after Lev set up the mood which made Toriko and the others to stay silent while waiting for what he had to say after all, Lev was their senior, and the second, the fact that he was the one who has trained them, and the third was the undeniable truth that they have been completely beaten by him.
"I have known that the four of you have the same and last ingredients to acquire. Now, I will tell you in advance what kind of ingredient you were looking for." Lev said while looking at them. What he said was the truth since the four of them would only know about it the day the Four Beast would attack the Human World.
After that, Lev then started slowly telling them facts about the Four Beast and their origin. It wasn't that hard explaining as they looked like good students while listening to him for some reason. Thus, the discussion only lasted for about half an hour, however, he left some information for obvious reasons, so that the story would not deviate from the plot.
"My Infinity Castle Restaurant's Guardians will be the ones to deal with Gaoh, Invite Death, King Octopus Kong, and Mount Turtle while the four of you will wait in the Central Human World for further instructions." Lev said seriously. Aside from protecting the environment, it was also a good opportunity to advertise the strength of his summons once again.
"On the other hand, the main body of the 'Four Beast' will be in your hands. Since it was your mission, I will not provide any helping hand even if you die in its hands. You can fight all you want, while I'll do my best to protect the people with my own hands." Lev followed. Since he has already started amassing the cure for the poison, it would be a shame not to put them to good use.
"Well, with your current strength, Four Beast will be a piece of cake. Are my instructions clear?" Lev then asked while concluding everything that he wanted to say since he still had another matter to talk about with them.
Hearing Lev, Toriko, Sunny, Coco, and Zebra look at each other for a while before smiling as they replied to Lev with an affirmation. Since they felt the plan was flawless, they no longer questioned it knowing that it was pointless as it was Lev they were talking about. They were then just about to eat when suddenly a woman came inside and stood beside Lev.
"One of you might have already met and known her. This is my companion, Sia. Since this is the first time in a while that the four of us have gathered together, I planned to see the progress that you four have made." Lev said with a smile. It really wasn't his plan to do this, but Sia told him that she wanted to fight them. With that, he then thought about this thing and probably also let Yuujirou fight them.
After that, Lev and the others finally concluded their meeting seeing them head to an isolated place in Area 7 for where they could fight without minding much of the damage in the surroundings. Everyone was completely speechless upon knowing that it was Sia they were fighting and not Lev, especially Sunny, Coco, and Zebra since they thought that she was just a normal human.
Facing the harmless Sia, the three Heavenly Kings hesitate to fight at first except for Toriko who knew a little bit of her back in the Temple, but after Sia shows how serious she is, everyone feels that she's strong and dangerous especially after she starts holding her spears which exude some greenish aura.

Area 2,
Meanwhile, in a plain field that could be found in Area 2 in the Gourmet World, something surprising happened. Unbeknownst to everyone, the ruler of Area 2 has completely changed owners upon seeing a humongous black wolf with its body burning in fire standing mightily while looking at the other wolves in the surroundings.
Looking closely, there was also a humungous wolf that appeared to be quite old lying on the ground breathing heavily while being stomped on by the fiery wolf. These two wolves were none other than the former King of Area 2, Guinness, who had lost his title after being defeated by none other than Ulmer.
No one knew how it happened since a fight between Kings was something that should have been felt even in the Human World as their powers were completely out of this world, but one thing is for sure, and that is Area 2 has changed owners from then on.
"Awwwwoooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Ulmer, who had finally finished the task given to him by Lev and her mother, howled loudly as his hardships finally bore fruit at last. Not before long. He then just took his leg on Guinness and let him get up after all, they were still relatives.
After that, Guinness together with his offspring and the rest of the Battle Wolves in the area howled in return as they greeted the new King of their race and didn't even rebel from his succession since it was completely normal for them to serve the strong, especially since it was a part of their race.
