Ashanil took over the command of East Gate as he saw Andy exhausted physically and mentally from the fight and the death of the middle-aged man.
Even he was impressed by the middle-aged man's actions. He didn't even utter his name until he died in order to be remembered. It was a noble gesture to give up his life to slay the enemy.
Sigh
He sighed, looking at the gates. He still underestimated the true knight's action and the consequence of not foreseeing it: the sacrifice of the life of a strongman.
Now he can only wish to finish this fight and doesn't desire the citizens of the city to be the second consequence of his plans being destroyed by variables.
Warriors, knights, and mages die in battle. Ashanil has no qualms about them dying. As the person who also lives by the swords, he knows better than anyone that dying in what you have chosen as a path is the biggest respect and honor a person can ever ask for.
