The end and the beginning

maybe my friend was right why should I be distracted when we have less than 3 weeks to go.

the following day and days after that I got messages from Manuel

"Good morning''

"How are you?"

"What are you doing?"

"Lately I haven't heard from you and when I come around they tell me you are not around."

"hey are you still there, hey have I done something bad tell me so I can apologise''

"please Eve talk to me"

was some of the messages he sent me but got no reply.

one day after lectures, I came to meet someone infront of my door.

"what are you doing here and how long have you being here" I asked

"you haven't been answering my calls and you haven't replied to messages too so I was worried but it seems you are alright looking at you now''

"yes am fine so don't worry, ok see you around" just when I was about to go inside

"just like that? no sorry or anything? Eve am I bothering you?"

"I never said that"

"it would have been better if you did, you just stopped talking to me all of a sudden. tell me what's wrong"

"it's left with 2 weeks before I complete school and I want to give my all that's just it''

"but I never stopped you from studying, you know what? you are right see you around, I'm mad at you right now so later''

and with that he went away.

one week left before our final exams. I and my friend studied together so we can complete being happy about what we have achieved.

Today is the first day of our exams, we went to the exams hall with fear but came out feeling glad which pushed me and my friend to study hard.

Today is the last day of our exams and we went there feeling scared but we came out with laughter and joy and gladness in our heart that we finally did it.

"so we did it'' my friend said

"yh we did and boy am I glad"

"yh me too'' he said.

"so! you said you will tell me something after we complete our final exams'' I said

" yes I did but I will tell you on the day of our graduation ceremony"

"but that's in two weeks time"

"I know or will you go home and come back on the day of graduation? " he said.

"no I will be around"

"then I will tell you when we get there" he said.

"ok then see you later"

and with that we went our separate ways.....
