Chapter 26

Ren thoughts: another girl with horizontal line on her cheeks.. This day been really odd

Ren: um grandfather?

She took 8 seconds to answer, when she was about to answer Naruto walked up to Ren and tap his shoulder

Naruto: io! Brother what taking you so long-

Naruto notice a girl outside

Naruto: oh hello

??: U-um h-hi, sorry to bother you!

She turn around and run away, Ren and Naruto share a confusing glance at each other and Ren close to door and meet up with Hermione and others

Lena: who was it?

Ren: I don't know, she didn't say who she was but she ask if this is her grandfather home

Naruto: huh? Grandfather?

Ren: yea-

Lena stood up

Lena: well we have to go anyway

Sasuke: huh? We are-

Hinata: w-we have to go to the funeral guys

Nods look down

Ren: oh.. Funeral

Ren don't like funerals because of his mother death, he know his mother is alive but it still affected him he couldn't tell anyone about it. Not even his brother and his father. Naruto still has to go because of third Hokage and Lena looked at Ren worried

Ren: i-i just stay home, I need some rest anyway..

Ren head up stairs and left his friends downstairs. Lena sigh and looked at Naruto

Lena: Naruto you don't have to come

Naruto: no it's fine I want to come.. Our mother death had a huge impact to everyone.. Even Rin and your mother Sasuke..

Sasuke: I know..

Hermione: you guys can go.. I'll stay here with Ren

Lena looked at Hermione and smile

Lena: okay

Ren didn't go upstairs he lead by the wall listening to their conversation, when they finish Ren goes upstairs and to his room. He saw Yoshi hiding underneath Ren's bed. He goes close and kneel down

Ren: Yoshi? Are you okay?

Yoshi gets out of underneath the bed and hugs Ren and Ren hug back rubbing the back of Yoshi back

Ren: shh it's okay Yoshi, no need to be scared they are friendly

Yoshi nods and they stop hugging. Ren stood up and sit on the bed, he was thinking about what his mother say to him about Danzo will send something called Roots to go and find the rock that is connect to Ren. He close his eyes and suddenly he enter back where he first met Luna.

Luna: so you know how to get back here huh?

Ren: actually no.. I just close my eyes and i am here

Luna: maybe you were thinking to ask me something.. If you are going to. Ask me

Ren: what do you know about the rock?

Luna: what make you think I known about it?

Ren: because you knew my.. Biological mother right? Surely she told you anything about that rock which is connected to me right?

She didn't say anything

Ren: Luna-

Luna: you should go back, your girl seems to be worried about you

Ren: first of all, Hermione isn't my girl and two don't avoid my question!

Luna: you'll know when you find it Ren now go!

Ren snap back to reality and saw Hermione with her eye close. She was close to Ren face while her hand was on his forehead. Ren don't know what she was doing so he gently touch Hermione face, she open her eyes and look into Ren eyes, her face turn Scarlett and she back away

Hermione: R-Ren! W-what are you doing staring at me??

Ren: wasn't my fault, I just close my eyes and when I reopened them I saw you close to my face, what were you doing?

Hermione: u-um I was just testing your temper to see if you are feeling alright, and you were like this for 10 minutes

Ren: 10 minutes? I didn't know that..

Ren thoughts: why did Luna didn't answer my question.. Is she hiding something..?

Hermione looks at Ren concern as he stand up looking at the window

Hermione: how are you feeling..?

Ren: I'm fine, I just have a lot in my mind..

Hermione: don't worry you have me, your brother and your friends by your side, you are not alone Ren

She gentle rest her hand on Ren's left shoulder and he smile

Ren: thank you.. Hermione

6 hours later

Minato came home and his children and Hermione, Naruto asked his father about Hermione adoption, Minato looked at Hermione and he saw she looks at him in guilty. He chuckled and agreed but she doesn't have anywhere to sleep. Naruto suggest she sleep on the couch but Ren slap the back of Naruto head and Ren suggest that she can sleep on Ren's bed and he can sleep on the couch. Hermione thought she and him can sleep in the same bed because she doesn't want him to have back pain from sleeping on the couch, so Minato made up his mind and said she and Ren can sleep in Ren's room, Hermione and Ren share a glance while their face are full with ruddiness.

Later

Naruto and Minato went to bed and Hermione is in the bathroom taking a bath. Ren just sit on his bed overthinking about what his dad said about Ren and Hermione sleeping in the same bed together.

Ren: w-why my father want Hermione to sleep with me- i-i mean sleep together! At least my bed is big enough for the two of us..

He felt his face burn and Ren saw Yoshi smirk at him at the corner of the room

Ren: Y-Yoshi I just met Hermione yesterday and.. and seeing how beautiful she is.. when guys see her they might be head over heels for her and want to be with her *sigh* I have the worse luck -

The door open and Ren saw Hermione walk in with a white pajamas

Hermione: hey Ren I thought you went to sleep

Ren: w-well I'm a night owl I sometimes stay up at night watching the moon and stars

She sit next to Ren because she took interest of him causing him to blush a little

Hermione: ohh do you have some interest of the moon and stars?

Ren: I do, each night I look at the moon and stars I wonder to myself that they might be people out there living like us.

Hermione: really?

Ren: y-yea

Hermione yurn

Hermione: well if you are not too busy maybe you can tell me more about the stars and moon

Ren: uh yes sure anyway we should go to sleep..

Yoshi went underneath the bed sleeping. Ren lay down on the left of the bed and Hermione lay on the right. They cover with the same blanket

Hermione: good night Ren

Ren: good night.. Hermione

Deep In the Underground

??: I thought I have told you to find the demon fox!

Underneath in a crystallize craven, Urashiki was there with a mask Woman, along side with a older woman name Lucia

Urashiki: I had him! I tired to turn him into despair! But his brother saved him!

Lucia: his brother? What does he look like?

Urashiki: long dark hair ocean blue eyes

Lucia eyes pop out she notice who it was and she walked to a Crystal. She punch the Crystal in rage and anger and it shattered into bits

Lucia: he has come back again!!

??: Mother I can explain-

Lucia: well explain!!

??: We both fought until he set free the tailed beasts. I don't know how he did it but he managed to get the best of me for being a celestial

Lucia walked up to the mask woman and slap her to the ground, her mask falls out and her mother get to see her daughter. Her daughter has emerald green eyes and long dark black hair. Her daughter has her looks from her father.... Madara Uchiha, Lucia stare at her

Lucia: I need you to do something for me.. Marissa Uchiha

Marissa: y-yes mother..?

Lucia: I need you to find my husband.. Your father remains and bring it to me

Marissa: yes.. Mother
