Chapter 85: The Lies

Bambang laid on Chan's bed out of breath. Chan moved away from his neck, smiling. Bambang wished he could smack that smile off his face. He rolled himself away from Chan, still panting. "Good?" Chan said with a happy smile. Once again, Bambang wanted to smack the smile off Chan's face. He laughed, rolling his eyes. "Fuck you." Bambang muttered, sitting up.

He combaed a hand through his hair as Chan giggled. "I mean.. I could if you want me to." Chan laughed. "I hate-" There was a large sound. A bang almost, echoing throughout the penthouse. Bambang looked up at the sound, beginning to stand up. He still had on his hunter attire, and grabbed one of the several guns placed on the nightstand. "Was that the door?" Bambang asked. Chan quickly nodded. "Someones inside." He whispered, standing up himself.

Bambang walked out the room, his gun pointed straight in front of him. Whoever was inside obviously wanted Bambang and Chan to know they were there. He walked over to the front door, which was unlocked. There were no signs of a break in, no signs of lock picking. This person must have had a key."Who has the keys to this place?" Bambang asked.

Chan thought for a moment, before answering. "Only me and Yang." Chan answered. Yang couldn't have been here, he was at Jingfei's apartment. Unless… Chan walked over to his phone which sat on the couch, a blue light blinking. Chan sat on the couch, looking at his phone. He frowned. "Missed call from Yang." Chan sighed.

Bambang swore to himself, placing the gun on the table. He looked at Chan. "We messed up. We messed up bad.." Bambang whiserped. Chan, however, heard him clearly. "Messed up?" Chan asked with confusion. Bamvbang rubbed his face before pinching his nose. "Yang walked in on us. God I'm such a terrible friend.." Bambang mumbled. Chan was still obviously confused.

Was there any real point in lying to Chan? After all, if he didn't tell him Yang would. "Yang loves you! Like loves you in a romantic way! Me and him talked earlier. I promised him that I wouldn't hang out with you as much so that you and him can get closer! But now he heard us and he's probably heartbroken!" Bambang felt guilt pour over him as he spoke, pacing the large living room.

Chan was quiet with his head down. Was he really not going to say anything?! Bambang wanted more than just silence! "I'm asking you as a friend of Yang. Not as your friend. Do you like Yang?" Bambang asked, stopping in his tracks to look at Chan, who's hair flimily fell over his face, similar to Jingfei's. Chan sighed, standing up. He grabbed a coat.

"I'm going to find him."

Yang felt his head spin as he slowly opened his eyes. He looked around the lit room. It was somewhat dark, but Yang could still see clearly. He tried to turn behind him, only rope to keep him down. Yang looked down at the brown rope. He sat in a wooden chair, in the middle of what looked like a vacant parking deck. Why was Yang here. Where was those vampires? He tugged on the rope, only for it to split in towo, allowing Yang to move his arm. Yang quietly stared in shock.

"Wha the… did I do that?" Yang questioned himself quietly. Yang looked to his other arm, which was still tied up. He sucked in a deep breath before pulling the tied ropes apart, his arm swinging up from the force. Yang stared down at his arms t hat now laid in his lap. There was the sound of clapping coming straight in front of him.

There was a man, with long black hair. It laid down to his shoulders, his eyes a glowing red. A shirt with no buttons should his pale chest, before tightening at the waist. His jaw as sharp as a knife cutting through the tension in the dark room. His evil grin showed sharp teeth that could kill millions. His dark hair sweeped over his face as he stopped clapping, his hands going down to his sides. His long jacket laid on his shoulders, a single red jewel shone on his neck.

"Good job Yang. I see you have learned to use your strength."

Yuao.

"So you kidnapped me? Why?" Yang asked fearlessly. What was there to fear? His heart still ached with a thousand needles, and his eyes still were frozen his cold tears. He was going to die in the alleyway. Yang saw this as another way to die. "Everyone thought I was going to kidnap Jingfei. Turn him against all of you. You all were too smart, I must say. So I had to take another approach. Some vampires found you in an alley, half dead. I had to save you." Yuao said with a smile, beginning to walk up at Yang. Yang stood in his spot in front of his chair. "By the time you got here, you weren't breathing. Had to take some…precautionary measures to make sure you would be alive enough to talk." Yuao explained.

Yang didn't know what to say. He was very confused. His lips were pulled on either end to form a thin line. As he did so, however, a sharp pain was felt on the inside of his mouth. Yang hissed softly, pressing his finger against the scratched lip. "Be careful. Your fangs are meant to pierce others' skin. Not your own." Yuao stated.

Yang lowered his hand to reveal blood from his lip. His eyes widened as he stared up at Yuao in nothing but shock. "I'm… I'm a vamp-" "Like I said," Yuao stated calmly. "Precautionary measures." Yang's finger went to his canines, purposely cutting himself against his sharp teeth. He was a vampire. Yuiao turned him into a vampire. Yang sat down in the wooden chair. Yang didn't know what to do.

"You look sad. Would you rather be dead on the pavement?" Yuao asked, his voice not a bit worried. It was haunting to Yang. "Why did you take me here? Why did you kidnap me?" Yang asked, looking up at Yuao once again. This time with red eyes instead of blue. Yuao smiled at him. "Yang, I have a question." Yuao starts, crouching in front of Yang's face. Yang didn't dare flinch. He was a vampling, now. Was Yuao going to make him kill people too? Yang would rather kill himself.

"Why were you behind Rose Creek. Your blood precentage was close to zero. You would have been dead if someone didn't find you." Yuao said. His voice, it sounded worried. Like he was worried for Yang? Worried that he would die? Worried that he wouldn't be alive to help Yuao. Yang was ready to lie and say something false, but he couldn't. "I… like Chan.. A lot.." Yang confessed quietly.

"But.. I saw Bambang and Chan.. and Bambang promised me he won't hang around Chan.. but he was doing more than hanging around him." Yang explained. Yuao slowly hummed, petting Yang's white hair as the newly-turned vampling looked towards the floor. All of a sudden, Yuao didn't seem like the evil guy killing vampires. He didn't seem like the man controlling vamplings. Instead, he was a friend. Someone Yang could hang onto.

"Chan is probably worried where you are." Yuao stated simply. "Chan seems like he cares about you. Romantically or not. But that doesn't mean you have no one. Not anymore You have me." Yuao said, lifting up Yang's chin. He reached into his pocket, taking out a white jewel. It hung around a necklace, just like Jingfei's did. "I had gotten one more, just in case you were turned into a vampire. It's white, just like your hair." Yuao said, placing it into Yang's hand. It was white with marble coloring, and glistening in the light.

Yang knew exactly what Yuao was doing. The comforting aura of Yuao's words vanished, making the vampling scoot away. "Get that away from me. I'm not going to be your killing machine." Yang said quickly. Yuao stood up straight, rolling out his shoulders. "Stay." Yuao demanded. All of Yang's muscles seemed to be paralyzed as soon as Yuao said that, like a spell. Yuao places the necklace on Yang, before hiding the gemstone under his shirt. "Howlite coated with mercury. Makes any vampire ten times stronger. Including you." Yang couldn't say a word, all he could do.

"Now I want you to kill Wei, Ying, and Chan secretly."
