"I don't eat while studying" Jess objected spa-zing with her pen.

"We are not right now and I'm starving, and I don't like being watched while eating so have some...

He picked up the small paper takeout, and three different kinds of rice for her to make her choice.

"This jollof, white, fried, I asked for Ghana Jollof case, here are some fried prawns and chicken, but if you mind turkey you can have my extra, please don't say no is my treat" Jess couldn't resist his charms, he's the type that gets his way with words.

"Fine I will go with white" Jess picked the white takeout, the stew was packed in thicker paper takeout, prawns smelled so nice.

They ate in silence and it was killing Jess he liked him talking, and she was nervous too about him but Travis seemed fine looking into his phone while eating at the same time as usual the moment he looked her way she quickly turned her face away focusing her food.

"Do you like it?" he asked, Jess looked up at him as he grabbed a napkin and cleaned her lips at first she didn't let him but he insisted and explained it stained her lipgloss.

"Damn it" she muttered letting him take off the red scrubs.

"All good now, still waiting for the party update or you don't want to talk about it," Travis asked, he always uses his hand anytime he eats turkey and Maggie kills him anytime they are out in public and he does that.

"Sound pretty big and...Wow you work, what do you work as" he asked, that's the road she didn't want to go down getting to know me part, she wanted to talk about it with him.

"Internal advisor, do most of the social planning I'm still learning the ropes though" she chuckled.

"That means you're creative, and is great, so about the photo op did you reach your goal for publicity" Jess haven't even thought about that.
