A month had passed since Keiran and Concordia had begun planning the First Migration with the Villagers. The Weavers had finished weaving the required Clothing. The Farmers had also harvested and stored more than enough Non-Perishable Food Products in Crates manufactured by Craftsmen. These Non-Perishable Food Products mostly consisted of Grains and Cereals. They had also stored more than enough Water in large Pots made out of Clay. The Clay which was mostly an insulating material would keep the Water Cool and prevent it from evaporating once the journey began. The downside though was that Clay Pots were very fragile and had to be handled with extreme care.
Keiran and Concordia interacted with one another through Zachary and Aera via the Sagittarius System. On one day in particular, Keiran approached Concordia.
"Concordia, we've discussed the tweaks to your Kraken Andromeda's Pegasus Mode once your journey begins. I'll be helping to maintain the overall structure of your Kraken Andromeda once the journey begins however I am concerned that you might be the one to shoulder most of the burden that comes with protecting our people from the elements and once our second and third migrations begin, from the Weaver Of Calamity's forces as well. You don't need to carry that burden on your own you know?" Keiran voiced his concern.
"I appreciate your concern" Concordia said with a grateful smile.
She had learnt to trust Keiran's instincts.
"What do you suggest we do?" Concordia asked.
"I believe there is a reason this level of the Mountain Of Olympus is called the Tribal Level. In the previous levels, we had to depend solely on our own wits and abilities to survive but we've always been capable of outwitting the Weaver Of Calamity's forces due to our training as Dream Knights. Our people do not necessarily share this experience. Maybe their ancestors did for a while under our Guardianship but that experience has long been lost. I suggest we delegate some of our elemental affinities and abilities to our Villagers via the Gemini System and begin to tutor them to hone these abilities and utilize their affinities effectively" Keiran suggested.
"I see, that way, we could even work in shifts to maintain Kraken Andromeda's Structure once our migration begins. That should also allow us to add more functionalities and should reduce the likelihood that the entire population would be left vulnerable in case of an unforeseen eventuality" Concordia realized.
"Exactly" Keiran agreed.
"It's a good idea. First, let's discuss it with the leaders of this Village. We wouldn't want to keep them in the dark" Concordia suggested.
So Keiran and Concordia informed the leaders of the Village of their plan. The leaders were more than happy to know that the Guardians were willing to assign a more active role to the Villagers.
"I'll train Aera's Archers, you handle the rest Keiran" Concordia said.
Keiran nodded.
Concordia had Aera gather her Archers. Concordia assigned the Elements of Wind, Lightning, Earth and Water to the Archers as these were currently her dominant affinities.
Keiran on the other hand had Zachary gather the Farmers, Architects and Craftsmen. Together, they worked on establishing a temporary Lab. Keiran as a wielder of Light could naturally control all Seven Elements. This was one of the natural advantages of Light Element Users. Keiran didn't want to overwhelm the Villagers by assigning all the elements to them simultaneously so he assigned the elements of Fire, specifically, the Crimson Fire Of Vitality, the elements of Wind, Water and Earth which were the most basic forms of the elements.
The Assignment Of Abilities occurred via the Gemini System. Through the Gemini System, Keiran and Concordia could see which elements each of the Villagers had an affinity for as well as their level of expertise in utilizing that particular element. They assigned the elements that the Villagers were naturally aligned towards. Once that was done, Keiran and Concordia prepared to tutor their Villagers.
