Basil's perspective
As we entered the village we seen that most of the houses have giant tortoise shell roofs. they had a small farm growing some vegetables and a Treant guarding the farm. so I asked the village leader The village leader looked and said
as we continue through the village I couldn't help but notice how quiet it is. I guess because the migurdia they rely on telepathy. as we continue going through The village we come to the largest Hut in the village which appears to be the village heads home as he's letting us stay there for the night.
sylphy took norn and Aisha out to play as the rest of us discuss our plans with the village tea chief. as I go over once again what had happened to us. I began to tell them my plan. my plan is simple work as an adventure gain money and then move on to the next city. it was at this point that Ruijerd mentioned that he was going to go with us to make sure we got home safely. The village Chief ended up mentioning something I didn't think of when I accepted Ruijerd as a guide apparently he isn't allowed inside the cities.

after a while I finally spoke
finally I break the silence again by saying Ruijerd looks at me and says
dinner that night was tortoise stew and again I had a hard time getting Norn and Aisha to eat it. to be fair it did taste kind of gross but I wasn't going to complain about free food. soon things started winding down as everybody started getting tired and laying down on the ground to sleep. it was just me and Lilia that were still up.
I had a lot on my mind trying to figure out how to find our families where are they even too many questions. it was keeping me from sleep.
Aunt Lilia ended up patting my head telling me that I should get to sleep I responded that I can't that I'm worried about the others. Lilia tries to soothe my worries by saying that
