Mio Getting Tricked

"Master… You- You were actually not kidding about that? I thought that they were just teasing me…" Mio said as she sighed in defeat but couldn't help but feel helpless because she felt like this was going to be her end as right now, she sees no one fit to be in a relationship, and she only has a few years left which is not a lot. This means she only has a few years left before she gets married to Yumi.

"Of course not, both of you are single and don't have anyone in your life, so it's only better. Plus you don't have to worry, I won't even dare to do this unless I know that it couldn't work, but I think that it can. But again, just like I said, if you somehow get Yumi to get herself a partner, then it is annulled. It's as simple as that, but of course, you can still reject that idea outright if you really don't want to, I won't force you." Yuki said with a light smile on her face as she looked at Mio with gentle eyes making Mio sigh in relief knowing that she could actually reject it.

"It's still a long way for now, Master. So I still have a lot of time." Mio simply answered as she shook her head knowing that she would instantly reject that proposal, even if it came from her Master.

Yuki just chuckled at this before snapping her fingers and letting the time in the Mortal Realm flow normally as it should She also rebuilt everything that had been destroyed because she didn't want anything to get messed up before she went back to the Immortal Realm to settle some private things.

I have put everything back in place, and also the time is running again, so… That means that all of you are actually late for the interview or something that Mio thought off by a few minutes already. Goodbye~" That's all Yuki said as she opened a portal and entered it after saying goodbye, meanwhile everyone just had their head down, and when the portal closed, all of them raised their heads and looked at each other.

"She… she's terrifying, Mio. Do all people in the Immortal Realm have the same kind of aura as her?" Yangyang asked as she looked at Mio while recovering after a long and tiring day, It was a well-worth one because she had learned a lot in just a span of such a short time that she already felt a lot stronger.

Mio just chuckled slightly as she then asked them for help, but before anyone could reply, another portal opened up, and who emerged was Chisato which shocked them, because she just left with Yuki a few minutes ago.

"You don't need to act, Lady Mio. Here is a pill that can actually deplete your powers to a significant amount if you want to eat it. However, be very careful about it because it will deplete 80% of your powers for a whole week… So yeah, very dangerous. But Master said that you will be fine since you have more than 10 bodyguards already. That's all, I'll leave now again." Just like that, Chisato threw a pill toward Mio and left as soon as she finished explaining everything leaving them stunned.

Mio who listened to everything just stared at the white pill in her hands and really decided whether she should eat it or not, but after so much deciding she just ate it without even consulting with everyone since she thought nothing could go wrong with it. But what she doesn't know is that her Master purposely didn't say anything about what the pill actually does, just a general overview of it.

So when she swallowed it without hesitation, she felt immense pain all over her body, and when she finally realized what the pill was doing to her body, it was all too late for her. It was only then a note magically appeared for all of them to read.

"This pill destroys your Soul Realm, but don't worry Mio. Your master is not that reckless, this will actually help you to get it stronger further, but you know, I like to make my students suffer. Plus, just hiding your powers magically is not enough to fool everyone, we truly need to make it a reality, so I did. Have fun~" That was what was written in the note and after reading it, Mio had full regrets for actually falling for it.

"Ummm… Are you alright, Mio? You just had your Soul Realm get destroyed by 80% after all…" Najin asked curiously as he just saw Mio standing with an emotionless face.

"Yeah… The pain was definitely there, but… It's gone just like that, it only lasted for just a few seconds. Now… I actually felt like I was fucking hit by a planet. I don't think I can actually walk straight." Mio said with a helpless smile which was a cue for them to help her walk since she couldn't do it right.

"Well… I guess that's another thing from your Master, huh? She has a pretty sadistic side to her…" Iris commented as she was the first one to assist Mio as they finally went back to Earth in just a flash.
