A FAST TRIP TO BARBENDEL (a great price to pay)

his men followed him like a hungry dragon looking for it's prey. as the journey went further the day became darker but they didn't stop running until they got to the CAVE OF THE UNTOLD it is said that there is a city inside but no one has seen it even those that has seen it are now dead " my lord we can't go in there" legolas said with pleading expression" and why is that" the king asked in disagreement " it is said that the cave has a different story for each person that goes in " legolas replied " so are you scared" the king asked " no my lord " legolas shooked his head " very well then we will go in" the king concluded " but your majesty kill innocent men for your transgressions" a soldier spoke from behind then legolas drew his sword and cut of his head while the rest of the soldier remains still and quiet " no one dare question the kings judgement or your faith will be worse than the one this cave would give you " he roared, the king held legolas by the shoulder " you should not have done that" he said slowly, legolas was surprised, the king was unpredictable when it comes to his son he really doesn't care of whatever happens at that time or if people die because if it so why is he feeling sorry for the soldier,he was really confused by the kings action then the king turn to the men "if you can't take this journey then you can rest for the night and go back to the city when it's morning" the men were supprised by the kings words yes it is true that the man was unpredictable when it comes to his son but taking little or no soldier to fight a witch was clearly stupidity or is he just looking for his death their is a better way to do that not this ....

but some men stepped back legolas was Asturnished by his men reaction then turned to the king " my lord I am ashamed that my men are such cowards please forgive me for not training them well I promise to give them befitting punishment when we get back to the castle" he said we his head bent down "no they have rights to be with their families just like how I want to be with mine I can't take away my people's father's, brother, and husband's just for my foolish son so dot punish them when you get to the castle" the king replied " what do you mean when I get to the castle" legolas asked " legolas you are like my first son you matter to just as Hasmel does it's possible that we ma not return I need you to be alive so you can handle the kingdom if anything happens to us you are the only one I trust so please don't argue with me just do as I say " " no I'll go with you to keep you safe as the king of 'ASMENDAN' " " no for the time being until me or my son return you are the king of 'ASMENDAN' " no your highness I can't" " legolas!!! that's an order" " alright fine I'll do it" then they all knelt down " All hail king legolas of 'ASMENDAN' " " All HAiL " then they stood up " your highness what's your command" general itoh spoke then watch as tears flowed from legolas's eye like endless stream of water like as if he knew it was the kings last command " you know a king should never show his tears right " HARMARK spoke " I am no king only a confused son" legolas replied to Harmark the former king then the king opened his arms wide for an embrace" then son give your father a hug before you go " he said as tears rolled from his eyes legolas hugged him tight like it was the end of the world " good bye son " then it felt like his tears became stronger and he couldn't hold back so he let it out after some time he put himself together and wipe his tears " okey father I'll lat you go you have a long journey ahead of you " then they let go of each other and nodded in agreement " if you are ready to follow the king now is your chance " then the soldier ready to follow Harmark stood by his side and the king motioned for them to gat going but then turned to legolas " son I have a simple request, you can say it's my last wish" " go ahead father " " promise me that you take care of my queen and that you will never leave Hasmel side if he returns you will always be at his best interest" the king side in anticipation" I swear to you father nothing will be more important" then the king nodded and rode his horse into the cave until he disappeared and he was followed by his loyal men.
