The Cursed ONes

Adam is the first to charge Hanson and his group of bloodsucking vampires. A few of the ones with Hanson look normal, or at least as close to a person as one can while having vampiric traits. The others grow more grotesque the further into the moonlight they step.


Christopher tosses a look to Henry, says something about getting me out of here—And then Christopher runs behind Adam.


“Come on Ms. Flagstone, I think it best we run. Adam and Christopher can take care of themselves.”


Henry’s voice trails behind me. Immediately I drop-kick a vampire. Standing, I knock another back with a fist, his fangs explode from his mouth. 


“Mary, what are you doing? You need to get out of here before— “


“No, I’m tired of running, Christopher—Whatever happens to you, happens to me.”


Christopher can’t help but grin while kicking away a vampire.
