Benedito, Barbie and Spaghetti

Billie Bob Taylor

"It's so bright outside today," I shivered as I looked out the window with my sunglasses covering my eyes, my cream white cowboy hat on my head and a thick ankle length brown fur coat thrown over my shoulders.

Benedito stood next to me with a frown as he also looked out the window, "Barbie, you can't even see the sun today."

"Doesn't seem that way to my eyes," I groaned. "Why you talking so loudly?"

"You're hungover," he sighed as he walked away from me and continued packing our bags.

I tried to walk over to him but the spurs on my boots just made my headache feel even worse, as they clanked on the wood. "Baby," I hissed, "you mind taking off my spurs for me? They be clanking and banging."

He looked at me with a blank expression before he sighed, "Why did you drink so much yesterday that now it has to be my problem?"
