We were cruising over a winter wonderland about to land after our 18hours journey. I hardly knew anything about Russia except for the fact that it was cold and not the kind of cold you get in the UK neither that of Greenland but the temperatures are considerably below 15°C. I couldn't quite tell if it was due to the up coming winter, which seemed to have come earlier here or just its normal cold aspect and topography. Either ways, I was still getting accustomed with the cold of NY then talk less of this. The jet was warm though - good enough for me till I stepped on Russian ground. I felt like my teeth had fall off and i had probably die of frost bites. I had layers of clothes on , not clothes but layers of pullovers and I still felt like my entire systems had shot down and I had die of hypothermia with the way I was shivering. The thought of my blood actually coagulating in my vessels and icing up became plausible in my mind.
Over reacting? Maybe. Sorry? Not.
