Hangout in my house

"Hey, mom, we're home."

No response. I guess mom has gone somewhere.

"You guys go to my room. I'll check where mom is"

They all headed towards my room. While I kept searching for my mom and saw a note on the fridge door.

The note said "hey honey. I will be going out to get lunch with one of my friends. I ordered a pizza for you. Love, mom"

Great. Now, I won't have to make anything for my fellows.

"Hey guys, mom is out and pizza is on the way"

Joe: "Great. Come and join us. We got your uno card and were waiting for you to play it"

Me: "Heck yeah. Let's play it."

Damon started distributing the cards and handed each one of us four cards.

"Okay guys, just to be clear we're playing it in the simple rules. We won't be including the wild cards and the numbers. We'll just play it by matching the number and the color on the card that I'll take from that deck. Are you guys alright with that?"

"Sure" we all replied.

Okay, so the first card that Damon the devil took was red and 5. Oh yes, and of course, I don't have that color or the number. Except for everyone. Great start, I must say.

Joe: one card out. Ok, it's my turn now.

Green card numbered 5. Oh God finally.

Damon: Oh, shit. Now I'll have to take the extra card. Why do bad things always happen to good people?

Jasmine: Geez. Drama king. It's okay.

Damon: Right will see your reaction when you'll be taking 5 extra cards.

Jasmine: Hey, that's an oddly specific curse for someone so adorable like me.

Damon made a mimicry of jasmine.

Jasmine: Whatever brat.

Okay, so the next card is red and numbered 2. And I obviously didn't get the card this time.

Damon: Damn, Teddy looks like you're losing big time.

Me: Yes, thanks for the motivation, brat. Way to rub salt in my fresh wound

Damon: It's my honor, sir.

Okay, now I'm with 5 cards. Great and looks like Joey got 2 cards only left. Oh, wow she's really good at this.

Joey: And Unoooooooooo.

Damon: Damn, joe you're really good at this.

Joey flipped her hair and replied: Well, what can I say? I am one of a kind you know.

"Yes, you are" I whispered under my breath.

"Did you say something?" Joey asked. I got startled seeing her face so close to me and God those hazel eyes.

"Ah, no it's nothing."

"Hmmm, you're really sus, sir"

"Sir, did you just call me sir,jo-ey"

"I think it's the pizza guy, I'll go get it" Damon stood up and walked out of the room.

Joey: As I was saying I will give the treat to my beloved fellas but in return you all must give me a little bit of something called a "gift". I am not expecting anything grand or expensive, just an appreciation token for having someone so unique as your homie.

We all burst out laughing together after Joe finished her sentence.

"Pizza's here."

Damon put the pizza box in the middle of us and went to the dining table to bring soft drinks for us.

"Bon appetit" Joey and Jasmine expressed in a cheerful way.

Jasmine: "Mmmm, what flavor is this pizza again?"

Joey: I am guessing pepperoni with extra cheese.

Me: Could be.

Damon: Save some for me you little brats.

"No, we won't" we all synced harmoniously.

After we all ate our own pieces, there was one last extra piece left.

Damon: Okay, so there is one last piece left. How do we settle this?

Me: Umm, since joey won the game I think that she's the rightful owner, don't you guys think?

Damon: You've been taking her sides a Lil bit too much today, Are you sure you don't have a crush on our

little bratty champ?

Joey: Bratty champ, huh? I guess that's one way to put it

Me: Crush?! On her?!! No way. I'm telling you guys no way I will ever have a crush on this little idiot.

Joey: Heyyyy, I'm not that ugly.

Me: No, I didn't mean that…… ah forget it just don't have your fantasies urging up on me *winks and smirks* Joey: Oh, trust me I'm glad we're on the same page. Damon: Oooooooo seems like the start of a great love storyyyyyyy. Damon and Jasmine both started to sing the good old song to tease the little kids that swore they don't like each other. "Joey and Laurie sitting on a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G. Joey whispered to me, "They're not gonna stop it any soon." "Right." The doorbell rang again. "Seems like mom came"
