Hiwaga's Plan

Bailong was really anxious. The restlessness in his heart only had one and one outlet, his vision of Sevir. It did not relent even when he reached the commander’s camp. In fact, the camp wasn’t far from the city.

A soft ache pulsed through his head as he kept looking through the blurriness at a red cloaked figure within the camp. Commander Iluther’s masking ability was in a larger area, and barely allowed him to see Sevir’s silhouette.

“Step right.” Qinglong called. Bailong wasn’t looking where he was going. He stepped right and escaped a tree root.

“What future are you looking into? I have all bases covered.” Lady Hiwaga said. Bailong felt slightly annoyed. Even Qinglong, who was always fully trusting of the visions, grumbled, “not all bases.”

Bailong knew what was going to happen to Sevir next as they stripped his clothes off. Bailong quickly shifted his eyes back and grit his teeth.

“Just looking,” he answered cryptically.
