Francis nodded again. "Yes," he said firmly. "If we rush into a search without a clear plan, we might only make things more complicated. Camilla and Ian might be making their way back here right now."

Adela found herself intrigued by Francis's perspective. It was different from her own impulsive and emotional reaction, and she began to see the wisdom in his words. She appreciated that he was taking the time to share his thoughts with her, even though they hadn't been on the best terms earlier.

"But what if they don't come back?" Adela couldn't help but voice her deepest fear. "What if something has happened to them?"

Francis looked directly into her eyes, his gaze unwavering. "We'll cross that bridge if we come to it," he replied calmly. "Right now, all we can do is trust in their abilities and have faith that they'll find their way back to us."
