Chapter 25- Cooked Minotaur Meat and a World Wide Announcement
The Dean continued "Here is a technique that allows you to weaken and strengthen your spell but I and maybe you too will only use this to weaken your magic. Here is a modified version of the training ring which is used by students to increase their magic control by weakening the magic released. This ring blocks 10xs more magic compared to the original ring. " The Dean showed me a thick manual and also a shining ring that seemed to be expensive. When I asked him about the ring, he regarded it as some cheap junk but Richard did not know then that the ring and the manual were worth something that even the friendliest nations would go to war to get at any cost!
After I checked the ring's power in front of the Dean and the Dean confirmed that the ring was in working condition, I left the Dean's office and walked to my dorm room in anticipation of the tasty food I would be tasting. Since my fire was at the level where it would not burn the cooking station and food, I could finally cook the Minotaur Meat. While I was thinking about the taste of the food I was going to make, I reached my Dorm room. I unlocked the door and went quickly to the kitchen section.
I put oil on the pan and conjured fire underneath the pan and dropped the meat on top of the pan. The meat sizzled on top of the oil and I put various expensive spices on the meat. After cooking the meat, I put the meat on the plate I had kept ready. I repeated this process till I had cooked all 5 of the Minotaur Meat. I was eager to see what the status of the meat was after I had cooked it so I used Analysis on the Meat.

I was flabbergasted when I saw the status of the cooked meat. The Major things that shocked me were the Rarity, Description, and Value. I think Omnipotent Relic Rarity must be 1 rank higher than the Ancient Relic Rarity. Since there was only ever one transaction done in Royal Coins, I was shocked by the value of 1 meat. After all 10 Royal Coins means 10 billion Bronze Coins which can last Nobles for their lifetime even if they spend luxuriously but the thing that made me the most surprised is that the Analysis skill categorized me as a Grandmaster Cook. The Analysis skill even said that this meat that was cooked by me was valued by the No#1 civilization in history but the most surprising thing was that I did not even have the Cook Job

Info- Richard Tiamat is the heir to The Dragon Royal Family and a former NPC who got converted to a player due to The Legendary Ark's Conscience taking over the NPC's body. Mana and Int have been greatly enhanced due to the race "Primordial Dragon" and the job "Sage." His achievement of killing a monster who is stronger than him by 30 levels resulted in him being awarded the 2 Titles "The Primordial Hero" and "The Hero".
