The other black claw remembers hurriedly retreated in absolute fright! The color had completely drained from their faces. They were pale as ghosts, their expressions twisting as if they had eaten shit!

Flee!

They absolutely wanted to flee!

Each of them hurriedly revolved their cultivation arts. Law radiances shrouded their legs as they made a mad dash to the best of their abilities.

To give them credit, the black claw members moved at 80 meters per second at full power.

But Lin Xiang faintly sneered. As he dropped the 9th layer leader's icy corpse to the ground, his other palm coated with Extreme Ice Law essence and waved out.

Four lights of Extreme Ice radiance streaked toward the remaining black claw members!

The black claw members were fast, but the Extreme Ice radiance lights were even faster. None of them had the chance to turn around.

The Extreme Ice radiance lights shattered the black claw members' protective profound energy, drilled into their bodies, and unleashed an overwhelming storm of Extreme Ice essence particles.

Each of them was completely frozen solid within a second. Not a single one of them could survive a moment longer.

Looking over the ice corpses, Lin Xiang's expression was completely indifferent.

He could face Heavenly Origin with his inherent bloodline skill. Just how could pathetic peak Profound layer cultivators ever hope to make him flinch?

Simply a small portion of bloodline energy was enough to effortlessly dominate them.

He wasted no time in looting the black claw members' corpses for all of their spatial rings and any other treasures. He found some low-grade Spirit-tier swords along with the spatial rings.

Lin Xiang flicked his finger, sending out rays of Ice radiance toward the black claw members' corpses. The five of them were shattered to bits, never to be seen again.

Lin Xiang paused for a moment. He gazed down at his current Lin Family manor clothes and considered his future.

'Since I'm going to leave this city very soon, there's no point in staying with these clothes. It'll give me more trouble than it's worth anyway. Plus, my own identity wouldn't implicate those two little fellows.'

At this point, Lin Xiang's face is completely unknown to everyone in Sacred Emperor Cty besides his Lin Family Manor. Even then, only a select few can vaguely recall his face simply because of his seemingly strange actions.

Lin Xiang does indeed believes in karma. Thus, he wouldn't want to implicate the place where his unawakened soul grew up and was mostly protected for all these years.

Though he doesn't hold any feelings or attachments towards the Lin Family Manor or Lin Tu or Ning, those two little fellows did genuinely help him a few times in his unawakened state.

He would be sure to leave a few good gifts for Lin Tu and Ning when he could move through Sacred Emperor City unhindered.

It only took a few short moments for Lin Xiang to switch his current clothes with the spares he found in the Black Claw members' spatial rings.

He still kept the Lin Family Manor crest, for when there is a reason he'll need to return to that place. Lin Xiang was of the mind to always keep his options open to improve his cultivation.

With everything finally done, Lin Xiang continued rushing toward Polaris Mountain. His body blurred as afterimages were left in his wake. He nearly turned into a trail of light.

Without anyone trying to stalk him, Lin Xiang didn't have a reason to hold his speed. He easily breached into the 1st layer of Polaris Mountain.

The frozen wonderland was presented before Lin Xiang once again. Sensations of Extreme Ice Law essence made him feel incredibly comfortable. It was tempting to just begin cultivating here, if not for the critical mission require of him.

Lin Xiang settled his sights on a snowy path leading up Polaris Mountain. His Soul Sense detected various other monstrous beasts littering around the path.

But nothing there could make Lin Xiang feel the slightest sense of threat. He rushed forward on this path, hurdling through endless ice and snow.

The trail leading up to the enormous Polaris Mountain was, as expected, significantly long. Being over several miles deep just to exit the 1st layer.

Lin Xiang's current speed allowed him to trail over hundreds of meters of distance in only a second. What would be a problem to even Early Heavenly Origin warriors was nothing but a light jog for Lin Xiang.

As he barrelled through the 1st layer, Lin Xiang's Profound Aura naturally released into the atmosphere.

The presence of a human attracted numerous bloodthirsty beasts. Many of these monstrous beasts were equal to the 9th layer of the Profound realm. Any Profound realm squadron would need to rapidly retreat at this point.

But Lin Xiang merely snorted.

"Hmph!"

His voice rippled out endless streams of Extreme Ice Law essence particles. The converging particles manifested into a terrifyingly cold aura.

Only a small portion of his bloodline energy had fused into this cold aura. But just this tiny amount was enough to scare off all beasts wanting to surround Lin Xiang.

The weaker monstrous beasts turned into solid blocks of ice just from the Ice essence particles in the atmosphere! Their weak bodies couldn't withstand the powerful essence exuding from these Ice particles.

While the peak layer Profound beasts felt a tremendous fear that prevented them from taking a step further. They all hurriedly retreated, treating their lives as very precious.

Lin Xiang could continue on without any obstruction. His speed tore up the frosty path in merely a few minutes.

The farther he traveled along the frosty path, the more the scene gradually change.

All ice, frost, and snow began to melt away. The cold mist gradually dissipated.

A rapid rise in temperature influenced the atmosphere.

Before Lin Xiang's very eyes, the frozen wonderland soon turned into fire filled area from hell. After reaching a certain elevation on the path, it was as if Lin Xiang stepped into a different dimension.

Molten, steaming rocks littered all around the path. Patches of bubbling lava were carved along the ground for several feet. One can even see that the air was sizzling from the extreme heat.

Lin Xiang inhaled a breath of the fresh, hot air. His eyes brightened beyond belief. 'Extreme Fire Law essence! So enriching to be under such beauty. I can even feel my Absolute Yang bloodline stimulating.'

No amount of rising heat could affect Lin Xiang's joyful mood. The heat made him feel just as much at home as he felt with Extreme Ice Law essence.

Cultivating here would certainly provide great aid in awakening his second inherent skill.

Stopping for a moment, Lin Xiang looked around the fiery region. His senses extended out, using only a few seconds to pinpoint where the Extreme Fire Law essence was the most concentrated.

He promptly settled his sight on a considerably large pool of lava only a few dozen of meters to his right.

The potent essence from the concentrated lava pool would make his breakthrough absolutely perfect.

Lin Xiang slowly walked over to the lava pool. But, halfway through his walk, he suddenly stopped. His soul sense could now clearly detect the malicious intent hiding within the area.

They had appeared since Lin Xiang first appeared in the 2nd layer. The one watching didn't have any intention of wasting time with a Profound realm cultivator, only vaguely keeping an eye on Lin Xiang. But now that he was getting close to this lava pool, the one watching become aggravated.

Lin Xiang never was the one to stay passive. He took the initiative, saying out loud, "Well? Are you finally going to come out now?"

"Hmph."

In that moment, a booming cold snort ranged through the area. The power behind this voice generated enough force to whip out powerful winds.

A Heavenly Cloud tore through the air, stopping a few meters above Lin Xiang.

The person on the Heavenly Cloud slowly floated off. What was revealed to Lin Xiang was a seemingly imposing Heavenly Origin expert.

This middle-aged man rippled a natural aura of suppression towards not only Profound cultivators but weaker Heavenly Origin warriors. Everything under him would be completely under his control!

The Elder gave Lin Xiang a curious glance, causally remarking, "To manage to reach here despite only being in the Profound realm is a bit special. But you should also realize your limits and where not to snoop around. It would be best if you were to scurry along out of here."

As he finished speaking, the Elder's Heavenly Aura fully blared out. It covered a range of 100 meters, imposingly surrounding Lin Xiang.

Heavenly Aura could really overrun the atmosphere. The particles of the Elder's Law essence were infused into his aura, exuding superior suppression that can restrict all weaker cultivators from moving.

As for this Elder in front of him, Lin Xiang could correctly identify him. He wore a higher quality robe than Yan Wu had worn. This set of robes detailed he was an Elder from that same Sacred Moon School.

As for his realm, Lin Xiang perceived it as the 8th layer of the Heavenly Origin realm! Near close to the peak of the realm!
