3.7 Memory Lapses

Miles looked at Astra as she stared at Cass. Astra stood up from the stool and walked to Cass. She's never met someone as beautiful as him. Her heartbeat quickened as she got closer to him.

Cass smiled at her.

"Hello, I'm Cass."

"Hello, Cass. I'm Astra."

Cass smiled gently.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Astra."

"You too, Cass."

Astra couldn't stop herself from grinning. Cass caressed her head and her heart skipped a beat. Cass can't wait to make Astra pay. If not for Astra refusing to admit that Miles indeed shaved and ruined his face, for the way she treated Bastian.

Astra knew everything Bastian was going through, but she still broke up with him. Then, when Cass was eliminated, she ran back to him. Bastian only took her back because he was struggling, and needed moral support.
