"Protect earth? From me?" I ask, getting angrier. "Did you even verify if what you were told about me was true?! I love earth! I even hoped to go there and experience your culture someday! Why would I destroy such a fascinating place?!"

I release my grip on her neck, letting her fall to the blood-riddled floor as I pant heavily.

I shut my eyes tightly and try to regain some semblance of calm.

This is not the time for this. I need to go find my parents and the prince and the asura need to recover.

Gazing down at her, I lift up my staff and drive it into her right thigh, pinning her to the ground.

"Ah!" She groan in pain but, I ignore her and head over to Witsel.

Other than his broken second (lower) left arm and his exhaustion, his injuries are minor.

A mass of water condenses around my right palm as I place it n his body, and on my left, some light. Both have healing properties, mixing them together should yield the best results.
